What this role involves

Senior RevOps Manager

Prolific

Prolific is not just another player in the AI space – we are the architects of the human data infrastructure that’s reshaping the landscape of AI development. In a world where foundational AI technologies are increasingly commoditized, it’s the quality and diversity of human-generated data that truly differentiates products and models.

The role

Prolific for Research is a business unit dedicated entirely to serving our research customer base. We operate a hybrid go-to-market model spanning product-led growth, scaled customer success and a targeted direct sales motion and the person in this role needs to be comfortable across all of them.

This 12 month fixed term role is a senior individual contributor role embedded in the Prolific for Research leadership team, reporting directly to the VP Research. You’ll be the sole RevOps practitioner for the business unit, which means you’ll need to be as comfortable owning strategy as you are doing the work. You’ll be expected to operate as a trusted senior partner to each of your stakeholders, proactively identify problems, and own solutions end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing in the role

Revenue Planning & Commercial Operations

  • Own revenue planning and target-setting in close partnership with Finance and FP&A
  • Lead quota modelling and compensation plan design, and manage the operational execution of comp plans
  • Maintain and continuously improve our forecasting model, accounting for the nuances of a consumption-based revenue model
  • Build and maintain pipeline models that serve both sales-led and PLG-driven motions

CRM & Tech Stack Ownership

  • Own HubSpot as the primary CRM administrator for Prolific for Research, including all workflows, automations, and customisations required to support multiple GTM motions
  • Maintain a prioritised RevOps roadmap that enables sales, customer success, marketing, and data teams to operate effectively
  • Ensure the data warehouse and CRM are well-integrated so that customer journey signals are accessible to the teams that need them

Data, Insights & Infrastructure

  • Work closely with our embedded data team to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable
  • Develop and maintain customer categorisation frameworks and target account lists for the sales and partnerships teams
  • Produce data-led reporting and insights that support decision-making across the Prolific for Research leadership team

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a senior RevOps partner to the VP Research, Head of Sales & Partnerships, Head of Growth Marketing, and Scaled Customer Success Lead
  • Actively participate in the Prolific for Research leadership team as a contributor to business strategy and operational planning
  • Proactively identify operational problems and drive their resolution end-to-end

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth B2B technology company
  • Demonstrated experience supporting go-to-market models that include product-led growth alongside, or instead of, a traditional sales motion
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot administration skills, including workflow design, custom properties, and CRM architecture
  • Confidence working with data: you can collaborate with data teams, interpret or write SQL, and build models that stakeholders trust and use
  • Experience with revenue planning, quota setting, and compensation modelling
  • The ability to operate effectively as a sole practitioner: you’re as comfortable executing as you are advising
  • The credibility and communication skills to hold your own as a senior partner to senior stakeholders, while also being the person who gets things done
  • A startup or scale-up mindset: you set high standards for yourself, take ownership without being asked, and stay composed when things are ambiguous

Senior full-stack engineer designs and builds internal software tools for utility-scale solar project design, owning architecture and leading a small engineering team.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Work Location: Remote or In-Office

Salary Band: $120,000 – $160,000

Role Summary

Revamp Engineering is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build internal software tools that power utility-scale solar project design. You will own the architecture and develop applications from the ground up alongside a small internal team. This includes the UI that engineers interact with daily, the file pipeline that produces AutoCAD-ready deliverables, and the integration layer that ties it all together. This is a greenfield build with long-term product ambitions and a rare opportunity for a software engineer to make a direct, tangible impact on deploying utility-scale renewable energy and fighting climate change.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture of a new internal design platform, making foundational decisions on tech stack, data models, and system design in collaboration with an external architect consultant during the initial build phase.
  • Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of software engineering principles and practices to solve complex, non-standard technical challenges.
  • Design and build a desktop or web-based UI that allows engineers to configure designs.
  • Build tools that interface with AutoCAD.
  • Integrate terrain and topographic data from multiple formats (Civil 3D surfaces, LiDAR point clouds, GIS shapefiles/GeoTIFF) into the design workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with the product owner to translate documented design rules, setback constraints, and labeling conventions from spreadsheets into working software logic.
  • Establish and enforce development practices for the project, including version control workflows, testing strategy, CI/CD, and documentation; review work products for conformity and quality assurance.
  • Implement optimization algorithms and approaches to refine designs.
  • Review and finalize scopes, effort estimates, and delivery schedules for the platform and its component workstreams.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the internal product team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist upper-level management as a technical specialist and advisor on software platform strategy and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Supervise, provide guidance to, and mentor any assigned developers or contractor contributors on the team.
  • Develop new techniques, improved processes, and reusable tooling to advance the platform’s long-term architecture.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a portfolio or track record of shipping production applications used by non-developer end users.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and at least one of C# or C++.

  • 3+ years of experience designing and building desktop or web application UIs with a modern framework (React, Qt, Electron, WPF, or similar).

  • Advanced understanding of software architecture; demonstrated ability to independently evaluate, select, and adapt architectural approaches — including monolith vs. services, state management, file formats, and data flow — for a multi-year product, with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and independently, including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively.

  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or technically directing less experienced developers or contractors.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; ability to regularly translate engineering domain requirements into software specifications and present technical direction to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with AutoCAD development: ObjectARX, AutoCAD .NET API, or DWG/DXF file libraries (ODA SDK, ezdxf, or similar).
  • Background in computational geometry, terrain modeling, or optimization algorithms.
  • Experience in the energy, AEC (architecture/engineering/construction), or GIS industries.
  • Familiarity with CAD file formats and standards (DWG, DXF, SHP, GeoJSON).
  • Experience building file import/export pipelines that handle messy, non-standardized input data.
  • Experience working with geospatial or coordinate-based data (GIS libraries, coordinate systems, spatial indexing, or similar).
  • Prior experience as a technical lead, staff engineer, or first engineer on a greenfield product.
  • Experience contributing to proposals, scoping exercises, or effort estimation for software development engagements.

Benefits for Full-Time Positions

  • Participation in Revamp’s Employee Ownership ESOP program.
  • Competitive compensation with bonus.
  • Full benefits package including 99% employer-paid health, vision, life, and dental insurance.
  • Medical, dependent care, and commuter FSA.
  • Monthly health and wellness stipend.
  • Attractive vacation, sick, and holiday pay.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) savings plan with 100% match up to 6%, vested immediately.
  • Paid volunteer time off and charitable donation matching.

Why Prolific is a great place to work

We’ve built a unique platform that connects researchers and companies with a global pool of participants, enabling the collection of high-quality, ethically sourced human behavioral data and feedback. This data is the cornerstone of developing more accurate, nuanced, and aligned AI systems.

Design Senior Visual Designer | Bankrate at Red Ventures

Senior Visual Designer creates high-performance marketing creative across paid social, email, display, and direct mail, balancing rapid iteration with brand consistency.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

*This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East Coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices.

For the Bankrate website click here. Curious how Bankrate fits into Red Ventures? Click here.

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own visual execution across our marketing channels, from paid social and display to email, landing pages, and direct mail. This is a high-output, performance-oriented role for someone who understands that great creative drives results and who can move fast without sacrificing craft. You’ll be embedded in the marketing team, working closely with performance marketing and lifecycle managers to translate strategy into creative that converts. You’ll be in the room where testing strategy happens, contributing to hypotheses, designing for iteration, and using performance data to sharpen your own work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Performance Marketing Creative: Produce assets to support paid social and display channels. Build modular systems that support rapid iteration across hooks, formats, and CTAs.
  • Creative testing: Translate testing hypotheses into distinct creative variants with format-native execution across placements.
  • Volume with craft: Maintain high output without defaulting to templated work. Know when to simplify, and how to do it in ways that still convert.
  • Email design: Design templates and campaign assets that balance brand consistency with performance. Support A/B testing of formats, layouts, and CTAs across trigger-based and broadcast campaigns.
  • Template systems: Build a modular email design system lifecycle can deploy across segments without custom design on every send.
  • Direct mail creative: Own design for direct mail campaigns — envelope creative, inserts, and self-mailers — within print specs, production timelines, and physical format constraints.
  • Brand and asset management: Steward Bankrate’s visual identity across channels, identify drift proactively, and maintain organized design files that make handoffs clean and iteration fast.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Performance design track record: Experience designing for paid digital channels with direct accountability to performance metrics. Portfolio shows meaningful breadth across social, display, email, and landing pages.
  • Multi-channel fluency: You’ve designed across paid social, email, display, and landing pages and understand the format constraints, attention dynamics, and creative conventions of each.
  • Systems thinker: You build design systems, not one-offs. You create modular templates, maintain asset libraries, and design with the next ten variations in mind.
  • Creative under constraints: You do your best work inside tight parameters: a specific CTA, a narrow format, a required disclosure. You find the creative solution within the guardrails, not despite them.
  • Collaborative and fast: You work well with non-designers, can take direction from a performance manager, push back when the brief is wrong, and move quickly without waiting for perfect inputs.
  • Tool proficiency: Expert in Figma. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere). Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email implementation is a plus.
  • AI-forward practitioner: You actively use AI tools and have a point of view on where they create real leverage in visual design, and where they fall short.

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.  That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy.  Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.

With a mission to fuel bold visions, Blend tackles significant challenges by seamlessly aligning human expertise with artificial intelligence. The company is dedicated to unlocking value and fostering innovation for its clients by harnessing world-class people and data-driven strategy. We believe that the power of people and AI can have a meaningful impact on your world, creating more fulfilling work and projects for our people and clients. For more information, visit www.blend360.com

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?

This is a hybrid role split evenly between hands-on software development and internal developer enablement. The engineer will act as a force multiplier for engineering teams by reducing friction across the development lifecycle, providing clear and opinionated guidance, and improving internal tooling (including the company’s AI coding tools such as Claude). We are hiring two engineers and aim to onboard as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Contribute to engineering initiatives as a full software developer, delivering production-quality features and services.
  • Write, review, test, and maintain clean, reliable, and scalable code following standard engineering workflows (PRs, code reviews, CI/testing).
  • Provide internal developer support by answering specialized, contextual questions across the engineering ecosystem (tooling, libraries, standards, and patterns).
  • Guide engineers on local development environment setup, Unix/Bash workflows, and day-to-day tooling usage.
  • Advise teams on internal tools and frameworks, clearly explaining technical trade-offs and recommending best paths forward.
  • Identify repetitive friction points and automate workflows through scripts, templates, and improved tooling.
  • Partner with the team to embed AI know-how into the company’s AI coding tools (e.g., Claude) and enable smarter developer experiences.
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and internal platform efforts using Terraform, especially in AWS-based environments.
  • Help teams make identity/security framework decisions (e.g., Okta, Auth0) based on use case and organizational standards.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, establishing clarity where documentation or standards don’t yet exist.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals and the confidence to provide clear, opinionated guidance.
  • Strong proficiency in either Python or .NET (we are hiring two engineers—ideally one strong in each to complement the stack).
  • Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments and Bash/scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-adjacent work (AWS-based environments preferred).
  • Familiarity with identity/security frameworks such as Okta and/or Auth0.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as an internal consultant: diagnose problems quickly, communicate trade-offs, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a coaching/mentoring mindset.
  • Proactive and independent: naturally seeks opportunities to improve, automate, and simplify.
  • Comfortable switching between deep technical work and developer support without losing momentum.
  • Nice to have: exposure to AWS architecture, but not required to be an AWS expert (dedicated architecture expertise exists within the team).

What about languages?

  • You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?

  • In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 6+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.

Our Perks and Benefits

📚Learning Opportunities:

  • Certifications in AWS (we are AWS Partners), Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Access to AI learning paths to stay up to date with the latest technologies.

Content Senior Marketing Copywriter | Bankrate at Red Ventures

Senior copywriter who writes and tests high-converting marketing copy across paid social, email, landing pages, and direct mail for a financial services company.

Click here.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Copywriter to own the words behind Bankrate’s marketing channels — from paid social and display to email, landing pages, and direct mail. This is a high-output, direct response role for someone who writes with intention, tests with rigor, and measures success in clicks, conversions, and revenue. You’ll be embedded in the marketing team, working directly with performance and lifecycle managers to translate strategy into copy that moves people to act. You’ll help shape the testing agenda, bring your own hypotheses, and use performance data to make your next draft better than your last.

What You’ll Do:

  • Paid social and display copy: Write headlines, hooks, body copy, and CTAs for ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic display, and streaming/CTV. Build variants designed for testing, with clear differences in angle, tone, and message that generate real signal.
  • Creative testing: Partner with performance managers to develop copy-driven test hypotheses. Know what lever you’re pulling with each variant and document learnings so they compound across campaigns.
  • Volume with craft: Maintain high output without defaulting to generic copy. The tenth variant should be as considered as the first.
  • Email copy: Write subject lines, preheaders, and body copy for trigger-based and broadcast campaigns. Support A/B testing across angles, CTAs, and length. Understand how copy interacts with layout to drive opens and clicks.
  • CRO-focused page copy: Write and iterate on landing page copy built for conversion. Translate test briefs into distinct treatments — headline, subhead, body, CTA — and use performance data to sharpen each iteration.
  • Message hierarchy: Structure copy to guide attention and reduce friction. Know what to lead with, what to support, and what to cut.
  • Direct mail copy: Write copy for direct mail campaigns — envelope teaser, letter copy, inserts, and response devices. Understand the read patterns and attention dynamics of physical mail and write to them.
  • Compliance-aware writing: Write effective direct response copy within financial services compliance constraints. Work with legal review processes, incorporate required disclosures without killing conversion, and find the persuasive angle that still clears the bar.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Direct response track record: Experience writing DR copy with accountability to performance metrics. You’ve seen the data on your own copy and used it to improve the next round. Portfolio shows breadth across paid ads, email, and landing pages.
  • Multi-channel fluency: You’ve written across paid social, email, landing pages, and direct mail and understand the format constraints and conversion dynamics of each.
  • Hypothesis-driven tester: You develop a point of view on what should win and why, track results, and build a compounding body of copy knowledge — not just a portfolio of variants.
  • Compliance-fluent: You have experience writing in regulated industries. You know how to advocate for effective copy within compliance constraints, not just around them.
  • Collaborative and fast: You work well with designers and channel managers, can push back when strategy is unclear, and ship strong work without waiting for perfect inputs.
  • Structured and self-directed: You manage multiple workstreams, flag blockers early, and deliver without heavy oversight.
  • AI-forward practitioner: You use AI tools to accelerate drafting and iteration. You evaluate outputs critically for voice, accuracy, and compliance, and know where they add real leverage.

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $90,000 – $130,000 per year

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.  That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy.  Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
