  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure client priorities are clearly understood, appropriately scoped, and delivered effectively.
  • Develop strategic account plans covering stakeholders, client priorities, renewals, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and lead renewals, upsells, extensions, and expansion opportunities across markets, brands, teams, and capabilities.
  • Maintain visibility of account health, pipeline, revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and commercial risks.
  • Translate complex delivery, data, marketing, and technical work into clear business outcomes and recommendations for senior clients.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or Strategic Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience across renewals, upsells, forecasting, and account profitability.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream client programmes in an agency, consultancy, MarTech, SaaS, or technology environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and expanding client relationships.
  • Comfortable translating technical and delivery topics into clear business outcomes and ROI.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple strategic accounts and competing priorities.

Desirable

  • Experience selling Braze, Snowflake, Hightouch, Databricks, CDPs, or related Martech and data solutions
  • Experience selling into QSR, Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programmes
  • Experience working within partner-led sales motions and co-selling with technology vendors
  • Existing network of enterprise buyers within the US market
  • Familiarity with modern customer engagement, loyalty, and composable data architectures

• Moments That Matter – Meetups, events, and team experiences that make the journey unforgettable

A Few Things to Know Before We Get Started

Bring Your Own Device – We operate a BYOD policy, so you’ll use your own kit for work

Right to Work – You’ll need a valid work visa; we’re not able to offer sponsorship at the moment

ID Checks – We may ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card, or a recent utility bill)

References – We may request two references, so have names, relationships, and contact details ready

For Contractors – Proof of incorporation and up‑to‑date insurance is required

A Quick Note on Applications

We receive a high volume of applications, and while we’d love to reply to everyone personally, it’s not always possible. If you haven’t heard from us within two weeks, it sadly means you haven’t been successful this time. But don’t let that stop you—we’re growing fast, and new opportunities open up all the time.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Mentorship, Line Management & Collaboration

  • Take on line manager responsibilities: regular one-to-ones, clear objectives, and ongoing support for performance and professional development
  • Provide constructive feedback and make sure direct reports have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
  • Mentor and guide CRM team members on complex projects, technical challenges, and client engagements
  • Act as a point of escalation for CRM team members, helping resolve issues before involving the CRM Team Lead
  • Work closely with Strategy, CRM Developers, Data & Engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM strategies

CRM Strategy Execution

  • Translate CRM strategies defined by the CRM Team Lead into actionable roadmaps and deliverables for the team
  • Oversee the design and optimisation of customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, personalised, and impactful

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Uphold high-quality standards across all CRM deliverables, including QA, testing, and documentation
  • Contribute to best practices, templates, and frameworks that improve team efficiency

Finance Operations Analyst (Finance) at Able

Manages payroll, expenses, and financial close processes while building dashboards and reporting systems to support leadership decision-making.

Mid Remote Posted 14 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Back in 2012, we were a group of engineers and designers who decided we wanted to build things, so we did. Able started as an engineering and product hub building for a portfolio of early-stage startups. We built many relationships while developing products that were thoughtful, effective, and genuinely useful. But, since then, we’ve grown… and so has our ambition.

Now, we’re entering our next chapter, defined by applied AI. AI is a powerful force in the end-to-end software development cycle, and we’re creating practices that allow us to deliver software fast and more effectively than traditional approaches, creating meaningful value for our partners. Today, our builder mindset is driving us to become an AI-native organization across every function. We’re still evolving, and that’s part of the opportunity. If you want to build, learn, and tackle challenges alongside an ambitious team, let’s build together.

This position is 100% remote in Latin America.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst (Finance) to join Able’s growing Operations function and work closely with our Head of Finance. This is a hands-on role with two connected areas of ownership: finance execution and business insights. You’ll help keep the financial side of the business running reliably, from payroll and expenses to monthly close support, while also building the reporting and dashboards leadership needs to make better decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both getting the numbers right and figuring out what the numbers are telling us. You’ll have the opportunity to build processes, improve systems, and establish reporting capabilities that don’t exist today.

What We’re Looking For

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Finance Operations

  • Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, including contractor payments and payroll reconciliation.
  • Manage employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements.
  • Support the monthly close process through journal entries, reconciliations, invoice tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate, clean, and reconciled financial data across relevant systems.
  • Partner with the Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Identify discrepancies and investigate issues until the underlying cause is understood and resolved.

Data & Business Insights

  • Build and maintain Able’s leadership dashboard, covering key business metrics such as revenue, pipeline, retainer health, utilization, and cash.
  • Establish recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the leadership team.
  • Define and document business metrics so teams are working from consistent definitions and data.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Monitor data quality across systems such as HubSpot or Attio, Deel, and Greenhouse, and coordinate resolution of issues when they arise.
  • Turn fragmented data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role, ideally within a growing company.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly financial close processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Experience working with SQL and/or business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, or analyses for leadership audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of comfort working with financial data.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Deel, Justworks, HubSpot, Attio, Greenhouse, or comparable systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership and the ability to manage work independently in a growing, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting both US and LATAM payroll or finance operations.
  • Experience working in a startup, services business, or other lean operating environment.
  • Experience establishing reporting processes or analytics capabilities from scratch.
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, or budgeting.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as part of your day-to-day work.

What Success Looks Like

We’re looking for someone who brings more than technical skills. The right person for this role is:

  • AI-fluent. You already use AI tools in your day-to-day work to analyze information, automate repetitive tasks, draft materials, and work more efficiently.
  • A builder. You’re comfortable creating processes and systems where there isn’t a playbook yet. You’d rather ship a useful first version and improve it than wait for perfection.
  • Detail-oriented. You understand that financial operations require precision. When the numbers don’t tie, you want to know why.
  • A clear communicator. You surface problems early, ask questions when something is unclear, and communicate what you know — and what you don’t.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Able is growing and evolving quickly. You’ll help shape the processes and systems you’ll eventually own.

Able is powered by curious, thoughtful people who care about what they build and how they build it. We’re actively investing in our team through AI training, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on experimentation to ensure everyone grows alongside the technology.

This position is 100% remote in Latin America. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a requirement.

As a team member, you can expect:

  • To work 40 hours per week, and be available during normal business hours as needed.
  • Payments made in USD.
  • 18 days of PTO per year, observance of local holidays, and an annual break between Christmas and New Years.
  • Wellness + Remote Stipend
  • AI Voucher

About Able

Able builds technology products in a portfolio model. We believe that people, teams, and processes are more important than the ideas themselves, so we’ve focused on bringing great people together, and investing in their growth.

We’ve built products in a variety of industries. Everything from media to finance to toys to healthcare. Sometimes we work with management teams to help their businesses grow faster or unlock value using technology. Other times we start or buy businesses outright. Each time, we look for opportunities to leverage technology built at the portfolio-level to drive value faster.

Able is committed to inclusion and diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer. All applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

This is but the beginning of a conversation we’d love to have with you.

Apply, and let’s get this adventure started!

  • Support scalable partner communications, including toolkits, templates, webinars, email flows and best-practice guides.
  • Find ways to reduce manual work and improve consistency across partner management.
  • Share insights and learnings with other Account Managers and Category Managers.

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management, partner management, commercial partnerships, marketplaces, e-commerce, retail or digital commerce.
  • Track record of growing an existing account or partner portfolio.
  • Strong commercial understanding of revenue, margin, customer value and partner performance.
  • Confident relationship-building, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using performance data to inform decisions.
  • Highly organised approach, with the ability to balance multiple partners, priorities, campaigns and deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating across commercial, marketing, trading, operations, finance and customer teams.
  • Proactive and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a sizeable portfolio of accounts or partners, ideally 25+ relationships, would be valuable.
  • Experience within marketplaces, e-commerce, gifting, travel, hospitality, leisure, wellness, entertainment or another experience-led business would be useful.

Engineer Director, Engineering at Sunday

Leads engineering team as Director, sets technical vision and AI strategy, translates business goals into roadmaps, and builds AI-native product capabilities.

Lead Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Sunday

Director of Engineering

Full-time ¡ Reports to CEO/Leadership Team ¡ Boulder, CO or Remote

About the Role

Sunday is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and elevate a talented, close-knit engineering team through a pivotal moment. We’re building something novel in the lawn care category, not reinventing an existing category, and our engineers are energized by that focus. This role exists to protect and grow that momentum: setting technical vision, building org-level capability, and bringing in an AI focus.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real strategic ownership. You’ll need to be credible in the weeds, able to understand what’s happening in the codebase and the business, while also sitting close to company leadership, translating company vision into an engineering roadmap, and making the structural calls the team doesn’t have bandwidth to make themselves.

Above all, we need a builder. Someone who gets genuinely excited about writing code and shipping products, not solely a people manager. You’ll rally the team by being in it with them, and you’ll partner directly with Product as a true collaborator, not an order-taker: we need someone who understands how product and engineering decisions shape each other.

Vision & Strategy

  • Develop a technical vision for engineering that ties directly to Sunday’s business goals, and translate it into a 6–12 month roadmap built with Product and the Leadership Team
  • Build and own Sunday’s AI strategy for engineering, establish a consistent approach to AI-assisted and agentic development, and use it to help the team move faster and fail faster
  • Serve as the connective layer between business/product priorities and the engineering team

AI-Native Product Direction

  • Push Sunday toward becoming a genuinely AI-native product company, not a deterministic product with a chatbot bolted on, but one where core functionality is LLM-driven where it makes sense
  • Bring real excitement and a point of view about this shift, and get the team energized about building toward it together
  • Support early agent-based project work and help set a broader, more consistent direction for how the team builds and evaluates agentic systems
  • Establish evaluation practices (evals) for AI-driven functionality; fluency with eval tooling (e.g., Braintrust, Langfuse, or similar) is a strong plus, since non-deterministic, LLM-driven logic can’t be tested the way traditional deterministic code is

Technical Maturity & Architecture

  • Bring maturity to foundational infrastructure and architecture decisions
  • Identify and invest in the technical decisions that save the team time now, rather than accumulating further shortcuts
  • Bring a builder’s mindset to this work personally; this isn’t a hands-off architecture review function; it’s active, credible participation in solving it

Org Building & Talent

  • Own hiring strategy and interview process for both ICs and future managers, partnering closely with the People team; instill and maintain a high hiring bar
  • Prevent single points of failure, put institutional knowledge, documentation, and cross-training in place
  • Give engineers real paths to grow, including mentorship, stretch opportunities, and regular, honest development feedback

Execution & Delivery

  • Hold the team accountable to its own goals; regularly evaluate team structure and workflow to keep the org moving quickly
  • Codify and disseminate engineering best practices, testing, code review, PR norms, and how those practices scale as AI-assisted development increases velocity, so speed doesn’t outpace quality
  • Own engineering metrics — delivery against roadmap, quality/bug backlog, system performance and uptime, and team velocity, and use them to surface bottlenecks to leadership
  • Deliver honest, frequent, and respectful feedback, and build a culture where the team gives and receives it the same way

Cross-Functional Leadership & Product Partnership

  • Represent engineering as part of company leadership, communicate plans, tradeoffs, and challenges to other functional heads in terms the whole business can act on
  • Act as a true product partner given how much of Sunday’s product is (and will increasingly be) LLM-driven; engineering and product decisions are directly intertwined, not sequential handoffs
  • Understand how product thinks, and bring engineering’s perspective into product conversations early — this is a collaboration, not a request queue

What Success Looks Like

  • The team feels led, not managed, with clear priorities, cleared blockers, and visible follow-through
  • Strong opinions, held loosely: you set direction but trust engineers to own execution
  • The team has real conviction that engineering is heading in the right direction
  • A working AI strategy the whole team is aligned on, with visible gains in velocity and quality

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading engineering at a small-to-mid-size or growth-stage company, with a track record of taking on increasing scope
  • A genuine builder, you want to be hands-on writing code and shaping product, not solely managing people and process
  • Strong individual technical credibility — you can go deep enough to earn trust with senior engineers, not just manage from a distance
  • Direct experience with, or strong enthusiasm for, AI-native product development — building products where core functionality is LLM-driven rather than deterministic, not just adding an AI chat feature to an existing product
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation practices and tooling (Braintrust, Langfuse, or similar), given the shift toward non-deterministic, AI-driven functionality
  • Front-end depth, or demonstrated ability to grow it across a team
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, and a clear point of view on how to scale them responsibly
  • A naturally curious, learning-oriented mindset, hungry to keep growing and to bring the team along with you
  • Experience building org structure, hiring processes, and team practices from a lighter-weight or informal state
  • A true product-collaboration mindset: understands how product and engineering decisions shape each other, and doesn’t need — or want — a roadmap simply handed to them
  • A business-minded, collaborative style, comfortable building relationships across the whole company, not just within engineering
  • Humility and directness, able to talk openly about mistakes and how they were resolved, and to give feedback as a gift
  • A communicator who can move fluidly between technical depth and company-wide clarity

A Note on Team Culture

Sunday’s engineering team values being in the weeds together, moving quickly, and staying focused on one clear, differentiated product direction. We’re looking for a leader who amplifies that — someone the team describes the way they describe their best examples of leadership: present, communicative, and unafraid to tackle the hard stuff directly.

As a company rooted in nature, we deeply understand the benefits of diversity. We work to build a culture that attracts a diverse mix of talented people to help us bring lawn care out of the dark ages. We are committed to building a diverse, vibrant team that brings determination and passion to our work everyday.

Engineer Director, Engineering at Sunday

Lead engineering team as hands-on director, set technical vision aligned with business goals, and drive AI/LLM strategy across the product and codebase.

Design Zeta Global: Senior Product Designer, Agentic AI Applications

Senior Product Designer building the core Agentic Applications Framework for an AI-powered marketing platform, designing system patterns and UX for AI-driven features at scale.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote - United States

WHO WE ARE

Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is the AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and trillions of consumer signals to make it easier for marketers to acquire, grow, and retain customers more efficiently. Through the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), our vision is to make sophisticated marketing simple by unifying identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation into a single platform – powered by one of the industry’s largest proprietary databases and AI. Our enterprise customers across multiple verticals are empowered to personalize experiences with consumers at an individual level across every channel, delivering better results for marketing programs. Zeta was founded in 2007 by David A. Steinberg and John Sculley and is headquartered in New York City with offices around the world. To learn more, go to www.zetaglobal.com.

THE ROLE

We're building Zeta Developer Platform, our next-generation Marketing Operating System, and we need a Senior Product Designer who will be instrumental to its success. This role is a pillar position that bridges design and engineering to create the core foundation of the Agentic Application Framework that will fuel our Zeta Developer Platform experience. You'll partner with our design system team, inform Model Context Protocol (MCP) improvements, and build the foundation—then scale—our Agentic and Vertical Apps infrastructure. You'll join at a pivotal moment where we're raising the bar on quality, speed, and innovation. We're looking for someone who can challenge us in the best way: bringing strong skills in AI, visual design, UX, motion, and coding to push our thinking forward and help us achieve what hasn't been done before.

This is a foundational role for a product that will define our company's future. You won't just be designing features—you'll be architecting how AI-powered apps are built across the entire platform.

  • You're building the foundation, not a feature: Designing the Agentic Apps Framework that powers Zeta Developer Platform end to end

  • AI is core to the product, not an experiment: You'll ship real, production-grade agentic experiences customers rely on every day

  • Design has real leverage here: Your systems, patterns, and processes will enable teams across the company to move faster without sacrificing quality

  • True ownership: Help set standards, define best practices, and shape what "great" looks like as the platform scales

  • Compounding impact: The work you do will influence how apps are built, how teams collaborate, and how Zeta Developer Platform evolves

THE TEAM

We're evolving how we work to reach the next level:

  • Vision over hand-holding leads to more creativity and innovation

  • Empowerment and delegation leads to more accountability and ownership

  • Strategy and clarity means less management, more impact

  • Challenge and growth creates better outcomes through healthy debate

We value people who bring ideas on what we should stop doing, start doing, or change to elevate our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build the Foundation of Agentic & Vertical Apps Own and evolve our Agentic & Vertical Apps experiences in Figma, manage and improve the App Creation Process, and provide quality oversight to guide others who are new to the process. You'll create the systematic foundation that enables consistency, scalability, and exceptional quality across our entire product ecosystem.

  • Partner Closely with Product & Engineering to Shape Apps Work as a core triad partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution—translating complex requirements and technical constraints into clear, intuitive agentic experiences. Iterate and improve on Agentic App concepts to deliver on unique customer use cases.

  • Advance AI-Driven Design Patterns & Model Context Experiences: Inform and evolve Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, AI interaction models, and agent behaviors—helping define how users understand, trust, and collaborate with intelligent systems inside a marketing operating system.

  • Raise the Bar on Craft, Motion, and Interaction Quality: Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping—setting a new quality bar for speed, clarity, and polish across AI-powered workflows and tools.

  • Influence, Mentor, and Scale Design Impact: Act as a force multiplier for the design team by mentoring designers, reviewing work, and challenging assumptions—while creating the systems, interfaces, and processes that enable the company to scale high-quality Agentic Apps with speed, consistency, and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows

  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems

  • Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments

  • Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales—without needing formal management responsibility

Core Skills

  • AI & Agentic Design Fluency: Strong understanding of AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and emerging interaction patterns, with hands-on experience using AI tools to inform, accelerate, and enhance product design. Comfortable designing experiences shaped by models, context, and automation—not just static interfaces.

  • Systems & Platform Design Expertise: Proven ability to design scalable systems, frameworks, and interfaces that support consistency, flexibility, and speed across complex product ecosystems. Deep experience working in Figma with structured libraries, reusable patterns, and scalable design foundations.

  • End-to-End Product Design Craft: Excellence across UX, visual design, interaction design, and motion, with the ability to design sophisticated workflows that feel intuitive, human, and high-quality—especially in technically complex environments.

  • Strong Product Thinking: Can clearly articulate problem → user job → system behavior → outcome. Comfortable designing flows where intent matters more than screens. Knows when not to add UI.

  • Motion & Micro-Interaction Design: Strong understanding of animation as UX, not decoration. Uses motion to explain system state changes, communicate AI progress and confidence, and reduce perceived latency. Designs micro-interactions for loading → ready, generating → refining, and success/failure/partial results. Motion should make the system feel alive, responsive, and understandable—especially when AI is working in the background.

  • Technical Collaboration & Prototyping: Strong comfort partnering with engineers, understanding technical constraints, and using prototyping (low- and high-fidelity, coded or no-code) to explore, validate, and communicate complex ideas.

  • Design Leadership Without Authority: Ability to influence outcomes through clarity, critique, documentation, and example-setting—raising the bar for quality and consistency across teams without relying on formal management.

Mindset & Approach

  • High Autonomy: Does not need step-by-step direction. Can take a fuzzy problem and drive it to clarity. Comfortable owning an area end-to-end.

  • Strong Judgment: Knows what's important vs. what's nice. Can say "this doesn't need design" or "this isn't worth solving yet." Optimizes for impact, not aesthetics.

  • Clear Communicator: Explains thinking simply to PMs, Engineering, and Leadership. Writes clear rationale, not just design artifacts. Can disagree without being defensive.

  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Does not freeze when requirements are incomplete. Enjoys shaping the problem space, not just executing tickets. Can operate before things are fully defined.

  • Ownership & Accountability: Treats the product like theirs. Follows through. Cares about outcomes, not just delivery.

  • AI-Forward & Curious: Actively experiments with AI tools, workflows, and emerging technologies, and brings that learning back to the team.

  • Quality Advocate with Pragmatic Judgment: Cares deeply about craft and polish while understanding that perfect is the enemy of good. Knows when to push for excellence and when to ship, learn, and iterate.

Design & Systems Tools

  • Figma (expert level): Deep experience with scalable component architecture, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and shared libraries

  • Rive, FigJam, Figma Slides

AI-Native Design Tools

  • Hands-on, regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs as part of your design workflow—for ideation, exploration, synthesis, critique, and system thinking

AI-Assisted Build & Prototyping

  • Comfort using tools like Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar to prototype and experiment on AI-enabled experiences

  • Familiarity with Storybook, React/Next.js

Motion & Interaction

  • Experience with Rive, Motion.dev, Framer Motion, GSAP, or D3 to design micro-animations and stateful interactions that communicate system behavior and progress

Prototyping

  • Strong comfort with Figma Prototypes, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar to explore behavior, timing, and interaction

Technical Fluency

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts, with the ability to read code, collaborate deeply with engineers, and understand implementation tradeoffs

Collaboration

  • Comfort with modern product development workflows: GitHub, Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack, Confluence

  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  • Familiarity with MCP concepts, including how context, memory, tools, and agents influence system behavior and user experience

BENEFITS & PERKS

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Employee Equity

  • Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 depending on location and experience.

  • Work alongside account teams to participate in and/or conduct regular reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement, calculate ROI, assess their satisfaction, and discuss upcoming needs and projects.
  • Prepare and present reports on client metrics, achievements, and areas of focus.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Located in Melbourne or Sydney
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or a related field (or equivalent experience).
