Sales Head of Business Development - Logos at iForte Solusi Infotek

Leads business development strategy and partnership growth for a Web3 infrastructure protocol, managing a team of two while building ecosystem relationships ahead of mainnet launch.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Logos:

Logos is building the technology and community required for a more sovereign, decentralised world.

Our technology stack spans decentralised infrastructure, communications and storage, with a focus on privacy, censorship resistance and permissionless systems. We work at the intersection of protocol development, Web3 infrastructure and ecosystem building.

We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to own and drive business development across Logos, while leading a team of two.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who is deeply embedded in the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, with a strong understanding of how decentralised networks operate and experience working with/launching privacy-focused protocols. Crucially, you’ll have been through a mainnet launch and understand what it takes to build the partnerships, ecosystem and infrastructure relationships required both in the lead-up to launch and as the network scales post-mainnet.

The role:

As Head of Business Development, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow the Logos ecosystem. You will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships, designing and executing growth strategies and building any relevant commercial relationships.

You’ll identify where Logos technology can solve real problems, build relationships with protocols and infrastructure providers, and work closely with our technical teams to turn opportunities into integrations and long-term partnerships.

You’ll also manage and develop a team of two, providing direction and prioritisation while remaining highly hands-on yourself.

A core part of the role is being able to operate credibly with technical stakeholders. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand the technology stack well enough to have substantive conversations with protocol teams, founders and engineering leaders without relying on someone else to translate the technology for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Logos’ BD and partnership strategy, building strategic relationships ahead of mainnet and driving ecosystem growth and adoption through expanded distribution channels post-launch.
  • Identify the ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure providers and applications where Logos technology can deliver the greatest value and bring users and volume to Logos network
  • Build a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities rather than pursuing partnerships for their own sake.
  • Establish clear priorities and success metrics for BD activity, owning the performance of BD goals against budget.
  • Own opportunities from initial identification through technical evaluation, negotiation, integration and ongoing relationship management.

Build technically meaningful partnerships:

  • Develop relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, including wallets, centralised exchanges, on/off-ramps, oracles, indexers, DeFi protocols and aggregators, multisigs and other infrastructure providers, with a particular focus on those actively engaged in the privacy ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for integrations, deployments, ecosystem partnerships and adoption of Logos technology.
  • Understand prospective partners’ technical architecture and identify how Logos can complement their technology stack through its privacy capabilities, while attracting privacy-focused applications and protocols to build on the Logos ecosystem.
  • Work with technical teams on both sides to move opportunities from conversation to implementation.
  • Represent Logos credibly with founders, protocol leads, ecosystem teams and technical decision-makers.

Understand the technology:

You should be comfortable discussing concepts such as:

  • L1s, L2s and modular blockchain architectures
  • P2P and decentralised networking
  • Nodes, validators and network operators
  • Consensus and distributed systems
  • Decentralised storage and messaging
  • RPC and blockchain infrastructure
  • Wallet and application infrastructure
  • Token and network incentive models
  • Testnets, mainnets and network launches
  • Privacy-preserving and censorship-resistant technologies

You don’t need to write production code, but you need genuine technical curiosity and enough depth to understand what we’re building, why it matters, and how it can be used by others.

Lead the team:

  • Manage, mentor and develop an existing team of two BD contributors.
  • Set priorities and ensure the team is focused on the opportunities most likely to create meaningful adoption.
  • Establish a disciplined approach to pipeline management, ownership and follow-through.
  • Support the team on complex partnerships and negotiations.
  • Create accountability without introducing unnecessary processes or bureaucracy.
  • Remain hands-on with strategically important relationships and opportunities.

Work across Logos:

  • Partner closely with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem and communications teams.
  • Bring market and partner feedback back into the organisation to help inform product and ecosystem priorities.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear propositions for different partners and use cases.
  • Help technical teams understand the commercial and strategic context behind potential integrations.
  • Ensure partnerships result in tangible outcomes rather than announcements alone.

Required skills:

  • Significant experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralised infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of the technical architecture of blockchain networks and Web3 infrastructure.
  • Experience in business development, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships or a closely related role.
  • Evidence of building partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption, users, network activity or revenue.
  • Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to distinguish strategically valuable opportunities from noise.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, highly technical organisation.
  • A builder mentality; you enjoy taking opportunities from an initial idea through to something that actually exists.

We’d be especially interested in people who have worked within privacy focused ecosystems in areas such as:

  • Privacy focused L1 or L2 ecosystems
  • Decentralised networking projects relating to messaging, storage and or Privacy tools and applications
  • Wallets
  • Experience in Open-source protocols is a must

  • Decisive Executive Presence: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build immediate credibility with senior external stakeholders to clear friction and fast-track commercial agreements.

Sales Director, GTM Strategy & Planning at Sprout Social

Leads GTM strategy, planning, and revenue operations team to structure go-to-market organization, optimize capacity models, and drive sustainable growth across all customer segments.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Director, GTM Strategy & Planning to lead the team that builds the plans behind how our revenue organization is structured, sized, and targeted.

Why join Sprout’s Sales & Customer Experience team?

At Sprout Social, our Sales and Customer Experience team is the driving force behind how today’s most innovative brands use Sprout to power the future of customer connection. We sell and support the leading social intelligence platform for businesses, helping organizations unlock the full value of social data to drive strategic decisions. Through powerful social intelligence and trusted partnership, we enable teams to build authentic relationships and drive meaningful business impact.

As the strategic engine of our go-to-market organization, Revenue Operations builds the infrastructure that turns data into action. We specialize in architecting world-class processes and delivering the operational clarity that allows our teams to move with speed, anticipate market shifts, and optimize the entire customer lifecycle for sustainable growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with the brightest minds in the industry to support global giants like Salesforce, Airbnb, and Equifax. Just as importantly, we believe in the power of our people. You’ll find a culture that honors your ambition, encourages you to explore new horizons, and provides the framework for you to build a career that matters. If you’re ready to champion innovation and accelerate your impact, this is where you can do your best work.

What you’ll do

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team spanning GTM strategy, planning, and variable compensation—setting clear objectives, running performance management, and driving hiring.
  • GTM Strategy, Planning & Execution: Run the end-to-end annual and in-year GTM planning cycles. Own the integrated bottom-up pipeline model, reconcile it with Finance’s top-down forecast, and build repeatable frameworks to evaluate emerging routes to market (PLG, partners, self-service) using TAM/SAM analysis.
  • Capacity, Coverage & Segmentation Modeling: Design and optimize segmentation, coverage, and headcount models across enterprise, commercial, and self-service motions. Pressure-test cross-functional capacity plans across SE, CS, and PS to ensure full revenue factory alignment.
  • Quota Deployment, Design & Territory Planning: Lead equitable quota setting and territory design across segments, including book-of-business cuts for expansion and customer teams to maximize revenue potential.
  • Variable Compensation Ownership: Oversee variable comp planning and operations. Design incentive structures that drive target seller behaviors, model payout scenarios, and manage the operational payout and dispute cycle in partnership with Finance and HR.
  • Cross-Functional & Strategic Advisory: Serve as the GTM Strategy representative on the Pricing Council to model revenue/attainment impacts. Partner with field ops on QBR/executive materials and apply practical AI use cases to elevate team productivity.

What you’ll bring

Sprout Social is looking for an analytically rigorous, growth-minded planning leader who builds models that hold up under pressure—and can explain them clearly to senior stakeholders. You are a collaborative partner who excels at translating complex business strategy into actionable operational plans.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 10–12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting within B2B SaaS/enterprise tech, including 3+ years managing and developing teams.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end GTM planning, including quota design, territory allocation, TAM/SAM sizing, headcount capacity modeling, and sales segmentation at scale.
  • Hands-on ownership of variable compensation strategy and operations, including plan design, cost-of-sales modeling, dispute resolution, and payout execution.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience planning across complex, mixed motions (enterprise field, product-led, partner, and self-service) or navigating significant organizational reorganizations.
  • Fluency with modern revenue tech stacks, including Salesforce, incentive compensation tools (Everstage, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, etc.), planning platforms (Anaplan, Fullcast), and BI environments.
  • Track record of leveraging AI or automation workflows to streamline planning cycles and drive measurable field productivity gains.

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training and onboarding program to build a broad understanding of our products and organization.
  • Build deep relationships with your direct reports, your leader, and your Finance, GTM Analytics, and sales operations partners.
  • Map the current state of segmentation, coverage, quota, and capacity models—and where the assumptions are weakest.
  • Take ownership of in-flight planning deliverables.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Publishing the planning calendar and operating cadence for the next cycle, with clear inputs, owners, and decision points.
  • Delivering a defensible capacity and coverage analysis for the enterprise and lower-market motions.
  • Inheriting the variable comp function cleanly—payout accuracy and timeliness uninterrupted—while forming a clear view of where plan mechanics and operational rigor should evolve for the next plan year.
  • Taking ownership of the bottom-up pipeline model as the shared source of truth across Sales, Marketing, BD, and Partners.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Running the annual planning cycle end to end—segmentation, headcount, quota, and territory—landed on time and with leadership aligned.
  • Delivering an integrated bottom-up and top-down view of revenue growth potential alongside Finance.
  • Becoming the person Sales and Finance bring their hardest planning questions to before decisions get made.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Running a planning function leadership trusts by default, with models that hold up under executive scrutiny.
  • Demonstrating measurable improvement in quota attainment distribution and capacity productivity.
  • Reducing planning cycle time while raising the quality of the output, and growing your team’s capability along the way.

Of course, what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.

Sales Sales Manager, Revenue Generation - EMEA at BlueOptima

Lead a team of Account Executives selling enterprise SaaS solutions to engineering organizations across EMEA, managing complex deals and driving pipeline growth through coaching and strategic partnerships.

Lead Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

BlueOptima gives CIOs, CTOs and CFOs objective, code-level visibility into software productivity, AI ROI, and engineering cost. This is a problem that until recently could not be measured at all. With AI-generated code now flowing into enterprise codebases at scale, that measurement gap has become a board-level priority.

10B+ code revisions analysed · 800,000+ developers on platform · 9 of the top 16 universal banks

The business is profitable, bootstrapped, and 20 years deep in enterprise relationships. You are joining a sales organisation that is mid-build. The foundations are in place, the product has genuine enterprise traction, and there is real room to grow fast.

Buyers are CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering and CFO stakeholders at large software engineering organisations. The conversation is about developer productivity, engineering cost, and AI ROI. These are budget-backed problems that sit at the top of the technology agenda right now. You are not convincing anyone the problem exists.

Job Description

You will lead a team of Account Executives working on enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA, with deal sizes typically in the ÂŁ100k to ÂŁ200k ARR range. You will be cultivating a culture of success and continuous improvement through your coaching. Your leadership will guide the team through complex sales cycles and ambitious growth targets.

You will use sales data and team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement actionable insights to enhance sales tactics and team productivity, leveraging coaching frameworks to work side by side with your team members.

You will work in close partnership with Marketing and SDR leadership to identify new pipeline generation opportunities, and with Customer Success leadership to surface expansion opportunities within the install base.

Qualifications

Required

  • Enterprise SaaS sales leadership: At least 3 years managing sales teams closing complex enterprise deals in the ÂŁ100k to ÂŁ200k+ ARR range.
  • Engineering domain experience: Direct experience selling into software engineering organisations is required. This means you have sold developer tooling, engineering analytics, observability, SDLC platforms, or similar products and can hold a credible technical conversation with VP Engineering and CTO buyers without leaning on a solutions engineer. You do not need to have been a developer, but you do need to understand how software gets built.
  • Executive-level selling: Comfortable engaging CIO, CTO, VP Engineering and CFO buyers. You can hold the room with credibility and navigate multi-stakeholder deal structures.
  • Hands-on coaching style: Demonstrated ability to develop your team through direct involvement in sales activities, including joint calls and co-selling, to ensure team members reach their potential.
  • Data-driven decision making: Highly analytical, you leverage pipeline and performance data to make informed decisions and adapt quickly to capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Structured sales methodology: Exposure to value-based selling methodologies and the MEDDPICC discovery framework in multi-stakeholder environments.

Valued

  • Experience with AI products, AI governance, or engineering productivity measurement.
  • Background in land-and-expand motions within large enterprise accounts.
  • Open to using AI to amplify your own skills and strengthen your work, demonstrating curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgement in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

Additional Information

Why This Role Makes Sense Right Now

AI governance and engineering ROI measurement have moved from nice-to-have to board priority in the last 18 months. The buyers are funded, the problem is urgent, and BlueOptima is one of the very few companies with a production-grade answer. For a sales leader who wants to work with a team closing real enterprise deals, not chasing SMB volume, the timing is good.

Where This Leads

The natural progression from this role is into second-line leadership. That path is defined and is based on performance and the growth of the company, not tenure.

Benefits we offer

  • London HQ, 3 days in office, 2 remote
  • 32 days holiday including bank holidays
  • 12 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave
  • 4 weeks per year flexible remote working from anywhere
  • Annual leave purchase up to 10 extra days
  • Work from home equipment allowance
  • Pet friendly office
  • Sponsored learning opportunities

Sales Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) at BlueOptima

Sales Development Manager leads the SDR team to generate qualified enterprise pipeline, coach team performance, and align marketing-to-sales conversion metrics.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

BlueOptima is an engineering intelligence platform trusted by some of the world’s largest banks, insurers, and enterprises. We give CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders the objective data they need to measure software engineering productivity, prove AI ROI, and reduce delivery risk.

Every large organisation is trying to work out whether their AI coding investment is actually paying off, and most cannot answer that question with confidence. Our research and our platform are built to give them that answer. We are building the commercial engine to get it in front of the people who need to hear it.

Job Description

As demand for engineering intelligence grows, we are investing in dedicated commercial leadership with a  Sales Development Manager. You will lead BlueOptima’s outbound pipeline generation function, accountable for the volume, quality, and conversion of qualified meetings booked for the enterprise sales team. You will report directly to the CRO alongside the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, and Head of Channel Partnerships.

What You Will Do

  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting targets across enterprise accounts in our core ICP including financial services, technology, and healthcare. Define and hold the standard for what a qualified meeting looks like.
  • Build and run the coaching cadence. You know each person’s pipeline, their call quality, and what they need to improve. You use call intelligence, sequence data, and platform analytics daily to develop your team – not just to report on them.
  • Partner with Marketing on target account prioritisation, outreach sequence quality, and campaign-to-meeting conversion. Establish the SLA between the SDR team and Marketing and own the outcome when conversion drops.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven process and tooling improvements that move performance meaningfully. Produce a weekly report to the CRO on attainment, leading indicators, and actions

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Own and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting targets. Define and uphold the standard for qualified meetings.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage, coach, and develop the SDR team. Run performance management and build a high-performing culture.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing on target account lists and outreach sequences. Work with the Head of Sales to ensure seamless meeting handoffs.
  • Operations: Manage the team’s data infrastructure and sales tech stack. Track leading indicators, report weekly to the CRO, and implement AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS sales development, with at least two years leading an SDR team.
  • A track record of modernising an outbound motion – using AI tools, conversation intelligence, and smarter sequencing to measurably lift conversion, not just maintain it.
  • Deeply analytical. You act on data quickly rather than waiting for a monthly review.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency across a modern sales tech stack, with the ability to get up to speed on BlueOptima’s tools quickly and use them to coach from day one.
  • We are not looking for a maintenance-mode operator or someone who manages by process alone. We want a builder who is always looking for the next edge.

Additional Information

Benefits we offer:

  • London HQ, 3 days in office, 2 remote
  • 32 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Annual leave purchase up to 10 extra days
  • 12 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave
  • 4 weeks per year flexible remote working from anywhere
