Operations Senior Manager, GTM Systems at Alloy

Owns architecture, administration, and automation of the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, integrations, and data models connecting sales, marketing, and finance systems.

Senior Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Alloy is where you belong!

Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world’s leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

Revenue Operations runs the systems and data that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success depend on to find, win, and keep customers. GTM Systems is the technical core of that team. Every quote, every routing rule, and every pipeline number traces back to architecture this function builds. The stack is growing alongside the business, and the person who owns it decides what it becomes.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the architecture, build, and administration of Alloy’s revenue tech stack. This role is built for someone who stays technical: you set the direction for GTM systems and you write the automations and architect the integrations yourself. You’ll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.

  • Own the architecture, roadmap, and day to day administration of Alloy’s core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, and adjacent tooling.
  • Build and maintain integrations and automations across the GTM stack using APIs and iPaaS platforms.
  • Design the data model and integration architecture connecting GTM systems to downstream tooling such as Netsuite and Snowflake.
  • Own system reliability and data integrity across the stack. Troubleshoot issues directly and drive them to resolution.
  • Independently drive automation that improves GTM team productivity and data hygiene, from identifying the opportunity through to shipping it.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on quote to cash, approvals, and territory and quota automation so the stack scales with headcount growth.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage GTM tooling vendors, including renewals and platform consolidation decisions, alongside the VP of Revenue Operations.
  • Set technical standards for systems work and align with the GTM Engineer on architecture ownership so build effort is not duplicated.

Who we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in systems administration, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a similar technical role in SaaS, with deep hands-on Salesforce architecture and administration experience. Admin or Architect certification is a strong plus.
  • A track record of personally designing and building integrations and automations rather than directing others to build them.
  • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier, plus working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience owning a GTM tech stack end to end at a scaling B2B SaaS company, including data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or dbt.
  • The range to act as a strategic partner to RevOps leadership and as the engineer who ships the solution.
  • Clear cross-functional communication. You can turn a business requirement into systems logic and explain the tradeoffs back to the business.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity administering sales engagement tools, customer success platforms, and CPQ.
  • Experience mentoring a systems analyst as a function has grown.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!

This position has a salary range of $166,000 to $195,000.

Benefits and Perks

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
  • 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
  • Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend for new employees
  • Annual Learning & Development annual stipend
  • Well-being benefits include access to ClassPass, OneMedical, UrbanSitter, and Spring Health
  • Hybrid work environment: employees are expected to work Tuesdays through Thursdays from our HQ in Union Square, Manhattan. Tasty lunches catered from a variety of local restaurants and frequent employee-organized cultural events contribute to our positive office energy. On Monday/Friday most employees Zoom into work from home while some take advantage of the quieter office.

Operations Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at Roofr

Optimizes revenue processes, systems, and workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve efficiency and enable scalability.

Senior Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That’s what makes Roofr’s CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

This position is for an existing vacancy.

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability across Roofr’s Revenue organization. As a key member of the RevOps team, you’ll play a hands-on role optimizing GTM processes, improving our technology ecosystem, strengthening data integrity, and building AI-ready systems that enable our Revenue teams to perform at their best.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, automate manual processes, and ensure our systems and workflows support a seamless customer and revenue lifecycle.

This is a highly collaborative, execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working deeply in systems and data, and turning business needs into scalable and AI-forward technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Optimize Revenue Processes & Systems

  • Identify operational challenges across the Revenue org and develop scalable solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and the GTM experience.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize Revenue processes, workflows, and systems across the customer lifecycle.
  • Apply a structured, project-management-oriented approach to understand problems, evaluate solutions, manage implementation, and measure outcomes.
  • Partner with Revenue leaders and ICs to understand their needs, gather feedback, test solutions, and ensure initiatives meaningfully improve team performance.
  • Look for opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary manual work, and design human-in-the-loop AI workflows to improve efficiency for Revenue teams.

Drive Process Automation & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual processes using existing technology, integrations, and automation platforms.
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, routing, notifications, and other system-based solutions that improve team productivity.
  • Leverage connectors such as Fivetran, Zapier, or similar platforms to connect systems and improve data flow.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve Revenue productivity and operational scale.

Own & Optimize the Revenue Technology Stack

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and optimization of pipelines, workflows, custom views, templates, playbooks, lists, and other HubSpot functionality supporting Revenue initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize key Revenue technologies including Aircall, Sakari, Gong, Stripe, Hippo Video, and Guru.
  • Ensure systems are configured effectively, adopted appropriately, and integrated into Revenue workflows.
  • Stay current on product capabilities and emerging features, identify opportunities to improve our technology stack, and maintain relationships with key technology vendors.

Strengthen Data & Revenue Insights

  • Maintain strong data integrity practices across the tools, processes, and automations you own.
  • Ensure GTM data is clean, consistently structured, and AI-ready.
  • Use data to identify trends, diagnose operational issues, and measure the impact of Revenue initiatives.
  • Support analysis related to lead scoring, customer health, pipeline performance, conversion, productivity, and other Revenue performance indicators.
  • Translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations for Revenue teams.

Partner Across Revenue

  • Work closely with leaders and ICs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to inform your roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
  • Partner with the Revenue Enablement Specialist to ensure new tools, processes, and AI-assisted workflows are effectively rolled out, documented, and adopted.
  • Engage Revenue team members as partners in testing new processes and tools, and incorporate their feedback into solutions.

Documentation & Operational Excellence

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for tools, systems, processes, workflows, and automations.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and easy for Revenue teams to understand and use.
  • Partner with Enablement to support training and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Establish repeatable processes that make it easier for teams to understand and consistently use Revenue systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Experience owning, implementing, and optimizing Revenue technology and GTM systems such as CRM, conversation intelligence, sales engagement, communication, customer education, and payment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue processes and how systems, data, and workflows support the broader GTM motion.
  • Experience building and optimizing workflows, automations, integrations, and data flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify problems, inform decisions, and measure impact.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered GTM tools — not just familiarity, but hands-on work with AI-assisted workflows, automation platforms, or agentic tooling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

Who You Are:

  • You’re a builder and problem solver who enjoys figuring out how things work and finding better ways to make them work.
  • You naturally look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes and you think critically about where AI creates real leverage versus where humans still need to be in the loop.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and understand that clean, well-structured data is the foundation of effective RevOps.
  • You’re comfortable getting deep into systems and technical details while keeping the broader business objective in mind.
  • You take ownership and don’t need a playbook to get started.
  • You are curious about new technology, including AI and automation, and think critically about where it can create meaningful business value.
  • You’re an effective cross-functional partner who understands that successful RevOps solutions start with understanding the people and processes they support.
  • You are comfortable operating in a PLG and/or PLS environment and understand how operational processes and systems need to support both self-serve and sales-assisted customer journeys.

Bonus:

  • HubSpot certifications, including HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software, or HubSpot Sales Software.
  • Experience integrating GTM technologies directly as well as using Zapier or similar integration and automation platforms.
  • Experience working in an organization supporting both PLG/self-serve conversion and PLS/sales-assisted conversion models.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Aircall, Sakari, Gong, Zendesk, Stripe, Hippovideo, Guru, and Asana.
  • Experience with AI-enabled Revenue Operations tools and automation.
  • Experience working with SaaS metrics such as pipeline conversion, velocity, retention, customer health, and productivity.

Senior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Bellwether

Bellwether is a national nonprofit that exists to transform education to ensure students furthest from opportunity achieve outcomes that lead to fulfilling lives and flourishing communities. We work hand in hand with education leaders and organizations to accelerate their impact, inform and influence policy and program design, and share what we learn along the way.

We are a remote-first team, and our work is national in scope, so our flexible working style allows our professionals to work where they have built their lives, which means Bellwether can hire the best person for each role, regardless of geography. This role can be based anywhere in the United States. Up to approximately 10-15% travel may be required.

Our philanthropic revenue comes almost exclusively from institutional foundation grants across 15 portfolios of work.

---

About the Role

Bellwether seeks a Senior Development Associate to join our development team. This role reports to the Senior Development Manager and works in close partnership with the Senior Director of Development and Program Team colleagues.

Bellwether’s grant portfolio is growing. This role exists to make sure growth is matched by strong reporting, clean data, and a clear view of our funder pipeline. It serves as the connective tissue between our funder relationships and our systems of record. You’ll own grant reporting end to end, build the systems that keep 15 portfolios coordinated, and give the team a reliable picture of each funder relationship.

Core Responsibilities

Grant Reporting (40%)

  • Own the full grant reporting lifecycle, from deliverable tracking through submission, ensuring every report is accurate, high-quality, and on time.
  • Collect and synthesize input from project leads, finance, and senior leadership that connects work completed to stated grant outcomes.
  • Manage the reporting calendar and funder portal logistics, including deadlines, requirements, credentials, and submission status.

Pipeline and Moves Management (20%)

  • Log funder interactions, meetings, and next steps to build institutional knowledge of these relationships.
  • Track cultivation moves against stage, owner, amount, and timing; surface stalled opportunities before they go cold.
  • Produce pipeline summaries and revenue snapshots for team meetings, board reporting, and planning cycles.

Systems and Grant Operations (20%)

  • Build and maintain the trackers, templates, and documentation that keep grant coordination consistent across the entire grant portfolio.
  • Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce for grants, funder records, and opportunity stages.
  • Write and update a grants procedure manual so processes are documented and repeatable.
  • Partner with finance to reconcile grant payments and issue timely acknowledgments.

Prospect Research (10%)

  • Identify and qualify new institutional funding prospects aligned with Bellwether’s priority areas.
  • Write concise prospect memos covering funder priorities, giving history, and recommended entry points.
  • Monitor funder announcements, requests for proposal (RFPs), and leadership changes, flagging time-sensitive opportunities for the team.

Team Contribution (10%)

  • Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to raise the quality and speed of research, drafting, and data work, with judgment about when human review is essential.
  • Build trusted working relationships with leaders across the organization.
  • Contribute to team meetings and planning for development and external relations.
  • Travel two to four times per year for team and organization-wide convenings.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of nonprofit development experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Education sector and institutional/foundation giving preferred but not required.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex program, budget, and outcomes information into clear, compelling narratives for funder audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with grant reporting, prospect research, and pipeline coordination.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of deliverables, competing deadlines, and multiple stakeholders independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to operational detail, including managing calendars, keeping accurate records, and maintaining consistent processes and documentation.
  • Sound judgment in using AI tools, including appropriate verification of AI-generated content and careful handling of sensitive donor and organizational information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Claude/ChatGPT and Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

The base salary range for incoming team members in this role is $77,250 to $82,250 annually, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus targeted at $4,113 based on individual and organizational success. While the final offer amount will be determined by multiple factors — including previous experience and content knowledge — and may vary from the stated range, Bellwether is committed to transparency, and all offers align with our compensation philosophy.

Bellwether provides competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package that includes a performance bonus based on individual and organizational success, healthcare coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching employer contributions.

To Apply

Use your online application — a custom letter of interest and a current resume — to show us you have the skills listed here or why the skills you have are the ones we actually need. You should also use your application materials to highlight how your background and experience align with Bellwether’s mission, including our commitment to helping young people furthest from opportunity. This role has a priority application deadline of September 17, 2026. While we prioritize applications received on or before that date, we will review applications as we receive them until the position is filled.

Note: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Use of AI in Hiring

Our team may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, summarizing interviews, or assessing responses. These tools help our teams work efficiently, but they never replace human judgment. Our team makes every final hiring decision. If you have questions about how we process candidate data, please reach out to us at careers@bellwether.org.

Bellwether is committed to providing equal opportunities. It is our policy to ensure that all individuals with whom we are in contact are not discriminated against based on age, race, ethnicity, color, disability, gender identity, gender expression, political viewpoint, marital status, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or veteran status. Further, as described above, Bellwether is committed to building a diverse team and strongly encourages individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

Operations Associate Director, Product Safety & Compliance at Caraway Home

Builds and manages product compliance frameworks, testing strategies, and regulatory processes across a diverse cookware and home goods product portfolio while ensuring adherence to global safety standards.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Opportunity

Caraway Home is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Product Safety & Compliance to build our product compliance function from the ground up and own what we call the Caraway Promise, a testing-obsessed, transparency-first approach to product safety that sets the bar for the industry. The Caraway Promise exists because we believe in transparency, not because the industry requires transparency.

This is a foundational role, the first dedicated compliance hire at Caraway, responsible for building the frameworks, lab relationships, testing strategy, supply chain diligence, claims substantiation, and regulatory sequencing across a diverse and growing product portfolio. You will own the full compliance lifecycle across Caraway’s product categories (cookware, bakeware, electrical items, food contact materials, textiles, and packaging), always meeting or exceeding the most stringent applicable global standard to establish industry-leading Caraway protocols and procedures. You will be US-based, work closely with Asia-based suppliers and third-party labs (particularly in China), and build the internal systems and processes that let Caraway scale compliantly, credibly, and with confidence.

Additionally, an important responsibility of this role is disseminating key information, labels, and results to support marketing initiatives. You need to be a strong communicator, working collaboratively with cross functional teams, to broadcast and showcase the diligence Caraway is taking across its entire product portfolio in regards to compliance, being able to assist with crafting accurate, transparent, educational and understandable language and messaging that resonates with our consumer.

This position reports to our Director, Product Development.

Who You Are

You have ten or more years of product safety and regulatory compliance experience in consumer goods, ideally grounded in chemistry, materials science, or applied laboratory research, with deep expertise in food contact materials, cookware, kitchen appliances, or an adjacent hard goods category. You know FDA, LFGB, EU Framework Regulation (EC) No 1935⁄2004, REACH, CA Prop 65, CA AB 1200, NSF, FSC, and CPSC requirements not as acronyms on a checklist, but as frameworks you’ve navigated hands-on, including where global standards diverge. You’ll use this fluency to scale the Caraway Promise internationally: building a testing and compliance framework that anticipates global standards.

You are a builder and a scientist at heart, ready to own a compliance program entirely: selecting labs, building testing matrices, writing material certification requirements, establishing supplier audit cadences, and designing the studies needed to substantiate product claims. You operate comfortably across cultures and time zones, with direct experience working with labs and manufacturers in Asia, particularly China. You communicate complex science and regulatory requirements clearly to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain) and external partners alike, and you see internal education as core to the job.

Responsibilities

  • Own and pioneer the Caraway Standard: define and champion a testing-obsessed, transparency-first approach to product safety that goes beyond what regulation requires, because we believe our customers deserve it.
  • Build Caraway’s product safety and compliance program, defining frameworks, documentation standards, testing protocols, regulatory calendars, and governance processes across all product categories (cookware, bakeware, small appliances, food contact materials, textiles, and packaging); integrate compliance across the full product lifecycle, from development and supplier onboarding through market placement, ongoing monitoring, and end-of-life.
  • Own and continuously monitor regulatory compliance across US federal and state requirements (FDA food contact, CPSC, CA Prop 65, CA AB 1200, Colorado PFAS Act, and emerging state chemical legislation) and international standards (EU LFGB, EC No 1935⁄2004, REACH, RoHS, UK REACH post-Brexit), always applying the most stringent applicable standard; lead regulatory change management as a distinct workstream, assessing impact and briefing stakeholders ahead of deadlines.
  • Lead product component mapping and material disclosure, maintaining a complete picture of every material, coating, pigment, and component across Caraway’s supply chain, including Declarations of Compliance, material safety data sheets, and test reports.
  • Design and manage Caraway’s testing strategy, selecting and managing third-party labs (particularly in Asia, including NRTLs for small appliances), defining testing scope and frequency by product type and risk level, and sequencing testing within development timelines to avoid launch delays or costly late-stage findings.
  • Own claims substantiation: design and commission the clinical, laboratory, and comparative studies (for example migration testing, coating durability, comparative non-stick performance) needed to support our non-toxic, food-safe, and sustainability claims. Partner with Marketing and Customer Research on which claims to make and how to communicate them, and ensure all claims are legally defensible and compliant with FTC guidelines and retailer requirements (Target, Crate & Barrel, Bloomingdale’s, etc.), including CA AB 1200 disclosure obligations.
  • Conduct supply chain compliance diligence, including BSCI and Sedex (SMETA) social compliance audits and material certifications (OEKO-TEX, FSC, GRS, GOTS); embed Caraway’s material and safety standards directly into manufacturing quality plans in China so factory teams implement them consistently on the production line, not just on paper; manage supplier CAPA processes and produce performance reporting to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Serve as Caraway’s internal subject matter expert on product safety and science, building internal education that embeds our standards into onboarding and cross-functional fluency by year one; act as the primary point of contact for retailers, certifying bodies, and regulatory agencies on compliance matters.
  • Own product incident management, leading investigations into consumer complaints and non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis, implementing CAPAs, and coordinating with Legal, Customer Experience, and Operations on any product withdrawal or CPSC recall process; maintaining documentation and reporting readiness for regulatory inquiries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 10+ years of product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance experience in consumer goods, with at least 5 years focused on food contact materials, cookware, kitchen appliances, or closely adjacent hard-goods categories; demonstrated ownership across the full compliance lifecycle, from concept and supplier qualification through launch and incident response. No junior or generalist profiles.
  • Deep, working knowledge of food contact material regulations including FDA 21 CFR, LFGB (Chapters 30⁄31), EU Framework Regulation (EC) No 1935⁄2004, REACH, CA Prop 65, CA AB 1200, FSC, NSF, and the Colorado PFAS Chemicals Consumer Protection Act; familiarity with UK REACH and other international frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Background in chemistry, materials science, or applied laboratory and clinical research, with direct experience designing and running studies used to substantiate product safety or performance claims.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party lab relationships in Asia (China in particular), including test plan scoping, report interpretation, and navigating discrepancies between lab results and supplier-provided data.
  • Hands-on experience with social compliance and supply chain auditing programs, including BSCI and Sedex/SMETA (2- and 4-pillar); familiarity with material certification schemes (OEKO-TEX Standard 100, FSC, GRS, GOTS); skilled at managing CAPA processes and building supplier performance scorecards.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage product testing strategies, including migration testing, heavy metals (lead, cadmium), PFAS/PFOA screening, sensory evaluation, and applicable electrical safety standards (UL, ETL, IEC 60335) for small appliances.
  • Familiarity with FTC Green Guides and CPSC Section 15(b) reporting obligations, product recall mechanics, and the CPSC Fast Track Recall Program.
  • Ability to build and maintain product component maps and material traceability documentation across a multi-supplier, multi-category portfolio, including Declarations of Compliance, mill certificates, glaze and coating specifications, and batch-level test records.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and risk management skills; able to translate scientific and regulatory findings into clear, prioritized guidance for Product, Marketing, Legal, Sourcing, and Supply Chain, and to present compliance risk and status to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience building compliance programs or functions in an environment with limited existing infrastructure; entrepreneurial by nature, with the ability to prioritize and execute without relying on inherited playbooks.
  • Ability to travel internationally to visit manufacturing partners and labs in Asia, up to 35 to 40% annually; experience working with facilities in China required, with additional familiarity across Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia) a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a bonus; at minimum, demonstrated effectiveness working through translation with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, factories, and lab contacts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, with hands-on laboratory or clinical research experience a strong plus; advanced degree or professional certification (for example RAPS, ISO Lead Auditor) a plus.
  • Experience with small appliance safety standards (UL 60335-1, IEC 60335-2 series, ETL) preferred; experience managing certification processes with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) a plus.
  • Familiarity with retailer compliance and vendor onboarding requirements (Target, Crate & Barrel, Bloomingdale’s, Costco, Amazon) and the documentation standards they require from suppliers.

Operations Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager at ChowNow

Owns sales and customer success operational execution, identifying workflow inefficiencies and defining process improvements to reduce manual work.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us:

ChowNow is one of the leading players in off-premise restaurant technology. As takeout becomes a vital revenue stream for independent restaurants, our platform helps owners focus on what they do best—serving great food—by offering solutions across the entire digital dining experience. From building branded websites and mobile apps, to powering online orders, managing menus, consolidating delivery, and running targeted marketing, we give restaurants the tools to grow on their own terms.

We support thousands of restaurants across North America, helping process $1B+ in gross food sales while saving our partners over $700M in third-party commission fees. Through our white-label ordering solutions, a growing demand network (including Google, Yelp, Apple, and Snap), and a diner-friendly marketplace, we empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and avoid inflated pricing and fees charged by 3rd party delivery apps like Uber and Doordash.

Founded in 2012, we’ve navigated rapid growth and transformation—from startup roots through the pandemic boom—and are now beginning an exciting new era under our CEO, Kanika Soni. As we evolve with new leadership and cutting-edge tools, we’re deepening our commitment to helping local restaurants thrive in the digital economy.

About the Position:

As the Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be the business partner embedded deeply within Sales and CS, owning operational execution. You’ll spot the friction and pain points, see exactly where workflows and processes break down, and define what actually needs to change — whether it’s a workflow, a checklist, an ROE, or a comp trigger.

You bring the process rigor and the Business Systems team brings the technical chops to build durable & scalable systems. You define the what and why, translating a business need into a specific, buildable requirement — but you don’t touch the systems yourself. The throughline across everything you do is reducing operational burden, especially manual work, so sales reps and customer success teams can focus on what actually drives impact.

This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and will not have any direct reports.

This is a remote role based in the United States. Please note: ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state and the recruiting team will confirm location and eligibility before moving past initial stages.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU:

You put restaurants first. You deeply understand the importance of local restaurants and put them at the center of everything you do. You aim to help them not only survive but thrive.

You celebrate diversity. You recognize that diversity and inclusivity matter. You’re committed to progress, which means everyone gets the support and resources they need, no matter who they are.  You have an ability to listen to other team members’ ideas and can thrive in an environment that embraces individuality. Everyone’s voice counts.

You raise your hand. You consistently go above and beyond what is asked of you. You help your peers accomplish their tasks while also excelling at accomplishing your own. When you have a smart idea, you raise your hand and share it.

You keep reaching. You set clear ambitious goals. You don’t allow yourself to become complacent with where you’re at and what you’ve done, so you seek out new opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities include:

General duties

  • Comp operationalization: defines comp calculation logic, QA’s plan payouts, and maintains SPIFF/addendum tracking — the operational counterpart to comp design

  • Ad-hoc reporting for both teams

  • Spotting and specifying process improvements that make day-to-day easier

Sales Operations

  • Own territory transfers, assignment, and evaluation with sales leadership.

  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to build and enforce the discount approval workflows, and support the deal desk function for non-standard deal configurations.

  • Define pipeline stage entry and exit criteria across the sales lifecycle.

  • Own forecasting and pipeline health reporting — building and maintaining the reports reps and managers actually use day to day.

  • Process end of month commissions and SPIFF payouts accurately

  • Document sales rules of engagement (ROE) and maintain the source of truth for processes and Salesforce materials.

Onboarding Operations

  • Define and manage the onboarding checklist, escalations, stages, and SLAs. Prioritize “what actually matters” based on evidence, not habit.

  • Establish consistent handoff process from sales to onboarding and Restaurant success

  • Partner with Business Systems on Salesforce implementation needs — custom fields, reports, or automations.

  • Ensure proper tracking is in place to assess impact once changes go live.

Customer Success Operations

  • Define and manage customer stages from onboarding through adoption, renewal, expansion, and churn.

  • Establish health score logic (what inputs should matter & why), account risk alerts, and workflows with leadership.

  • Operationalize new customer segmentation based on revenue and potential (new segmentation design sits with the GTM Strategy lead)

  • Reallocate account portfolios balancing RSM workload

  • Partner with GTM leadership on capacity planning to ensure workload matches team bandwidth and reps are focused on the highest-impact accounts & tasks to drive the best outcomes

  • Process end of month commission and SPIFFS

  • Define outreach sequence logic and cadence for hibernated, downgrade accounts and win back accounts, partnering with Business Systems on build.

Reporting and Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain accurate customer data and team activity in Salesforce

  • Own data hygiene for clean reporting

  • Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency and consistency.

  • Audit CRM data, fields, objects, and lifecycle stages to ensure alignment with business processes.

You Should Apply If You:

  • Have 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, customer success operations, or a similar cross-functional business partner role. Experience with comp plan administration or SPIFF/addendum tracking is a plus

  • Have strong operational judgment — you know exactly what a rep or post sales rep needs to be more effective, and can turn that into a clear, buildable requirement rather than a vague ask

  • Are comfortable navigating Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong (PlanHat is a nice to have) well enough to build your own reports and pull ad-hoc data

  • Are fluent enough in systems and data to speak the same language as a Biz Systems or engineering counterpart, without losing anything in translation

  • Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions proactively while working with minimal direction

  • Are comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy work environment and aren’t afraid to ask probing questions

  • Have a high attention to detail, as your specs and reporting directly shape what gets built and how performance gets tracked

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with employees of all levels, including sales and CS leadership

  • Have a proven ability to make data-informed decisions and thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines with changing priorities

  • Can diagnose root cause — distinguishing whether a performance gap is a training issue, a metrics/reporting issue, or a comp misalignment issue

About Our Benefits:

  • Expected Base Salary: $130,000 - $168,000 (depending on candidate location and experience)
  • Ongoing training and growth opportunities.
  • A “Best Place to Work” winner multiple times where we focus on creating a great employee experience.
  • Rock solid medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Mental Health Coverage - we offer several programs to support your mental health and wellness goals.
  • Unlimited Paid Vacation. We expect you to work hard, but still enjoy your personal life
  • 7 weeks of baby bonding time for all new parents (within the first year of birth or adoption), 8 Weeks of Paid Pregnancy Leave.
  • 401(k) Matching
  • Employer-contributing student loan assistance program or continuing education reimbursement program
  • Employee Stock Incentive Plan.
  • Pet insurance for your fur babies
  • Consistent & fair leadership: we’ll share info, set clear goals, show you respect, and treat everyone fairly.
  • Enough freedom to spread your wings while still holding you accountable.

The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end journey for custom and high-value regional requests, from initial qualification and proposal design to closing the sale and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Triage the regional inbox daily by urgency and value, maintaining strict data hygiene through consistent tagging and accurate information transfer.
  • Maintain communication templates and canned responses to ensure high-quality, reportable regional data.
  • Analyze regional trends and root causes to identify client and operational pain points, providing actionable recommendations for cross-functional resolution.
  • Fluently utilize the tech stack and AI tools to optimize drafting, research, and data tasks, sharing best practices with the team.
  • Design, document, and lead new regional workflows and efficiency projects to improve the overall client experience.
  • Mentor and train seasonal contractors and Delivery colleagues.
  • Support onboarding of new regional teammates and act as a resource for best practice.
  • Actively contribute to weekly Delivery team and cross-regional meetings.
  • Participate in region-agnostic initiatives and lead project working groups.

KEY STRENGTHS AND IMPACT AREAS

  • Commercial instinct. Converts custom enquiries into confirmed, profitable bookings without losing the personal touch.
  • Portfolio depth. Knows the Italian, Greek, Turkey and Africa product well enough to answer most questions without escalating.
  • Technical fluency. Adopts tools, including AI, and turns them into time saved for the whole team.
  • Data discipline. Tags, records, and reports accurately, so regional decisions are based on real numbers.
  • Pattern recognition. Sees the trend behind the individual complaint and proposes the structural fix.
  • Expert relationships. Trusted by the expert community, and able to brief them well under time pressure.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • 2+ of experience in travel, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing commercial role.
  • Proven experience selling or building custom, high-value travel or service proposals with an eagerness to close the sale and celebrate the win
  • Native-level English and Italian written and spoken (required), with strong professional judgement in sensitive client and expert-facing communications

Title: CPT-11465 Real Estate Executive & Transaction Support Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – CPT-11465 Real Estate Executive & Transaction Support Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A North Carolina Realtor is seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to serve as a versatile back-office and executive support resource across her real estate business.

The VA will support CRM and database management, transaction and listing coordination, lead and client follow-up, calendar and inbox management, document organization, and recurring administrative workflows.

This is not intended to be an entry-level real estate position. The client specifically wants someone with previous U.S. real estate experience who already understands real estate terminology, transaction workflows, and CRM management and can become increasingly independent after learning her specific systems and processes.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Transaction & Listing Coordination

  • Support buyer and seller transactions from beginning through closing
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documentation
  • Coordinate required signatures, disclosures, and supporting documents
  • Assist with listing entry and MLS-related administration
  • Upload property information, photos, and listing materials as needed
  • Track transaction deadlines and outstanding requirements
  • Coordinate inspections, vendors, appointments, and other transaction activities

CRM, Lead & Client Support

  • Assist with appointment setting and confirmations
  • Maintain organized follow-up workflows and ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks
  • Support the transition or organization of CRM systems as needed

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize inbox and calendar activity
  • Track recurring tasks, deadlines, appointments, and priorities
  • Proactively remind the client of outstanding items and required actions
  • Follow up with the client when information or approvals are needed
  • Identify missing information or errors rather than waiting for instruction
  • Maintain organized documents, files, checklists, and recurring workflows
  • Follow the client’s established SOPs and systems

Light Marketing Administration (Secondary)

  • Schedule and publish client-provided social media content
  • Assist with basic email campaign administration
  • Maintain marketing calendars and scheduled activities
  • Organize marketing materials and assets
  • Support administrative marketing tasks without owning content strategy or creation

Proactive Support & Managing Up

  • Act as an additional layer of accountability for the client.
  • Remind the client about important deadlines, appointments, and outstanding responsibilities.
  • Follow up when requested information or approvals have not been provided.
  • Flag scheduling conflicts or competing priorities before they become problems.
  • Identify tasks that are falling behind and proactively bring them forward.
  • Ask appropriate questions when clarification is genuinely needed rather than making assumptions.
  • Recommend practical next steps when an issue is identified.
  • Present problems clearly along with relevant information needed for the client to make a decision.
  • Take ownership of routine processes once trained.
  • Anticipate recurring needs based on established workflows and past patterns.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently after training.

  • Ability to follow established SOPs while also identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
  • Ability to proactively communicate issues, missing information, and upcoming deadlines.

Operations Senior Manager, Intake at EvenUp

Senior manager oversees high-volume intake operations across in-house and outsourced teams, managing performance, vendor relationships, staffing, and quality across multiple sites.

Senior Remote Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

Intake is the first point of contact for injured claimants and the engine that converts inbound leads into signed clients. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Intake to own the performance, scale, and quality of a large, distributed intake operation that spans in-house staff and nearshore/BPO partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has run high-volume intake or contact-center teams at scale, knows how to get the most out of outsourced and nearshore vendors, and is fluent in the systems and technology that keep a modern intake operation running. You’ll be measured on speed, conversion, quality, and client experience, and you’ll have the mandate to redesign process and tooling to move all four.

What You’ll Do

Lead the intake operation

  • Manage a large, multi-site intake team (in-house and remote), including team leads, supervisors, and intake specialists across time zones.

  • Own daily service levels, staffing coverage, and schedule adherence across a high-volume, extended-hours (often 24⁄7) operation.

  • Coach and develop supervisors; build career paths, performance plans, and a culture of accountability and empathy toward injured clients.

Manage nearshore / BPO partnerships

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with nearshore and BPO vendors, defining SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards, and holding partners accountable to them.

  • Lead vendor selection, onboarding, ramp planning, and capacity forecasting; partner on hiring profiles, training curricula, and quality calibration.

  • Manage bilingual (English/Spanish) intake coverage and ensure consistent quality and compliance across all sites, regardless of location or vendor.

  • Conduct regular business reviews (WBRs/QBRs) and drive continuous improvement on cost-per-signed-case and conversion.

Own performance and metrics

  • Define, track, and improve core intake KPIs: speed-to-lead, contact and connect rates, lead-to-retainer conversion, sign-up/retention rate, abandonment, and quality/QA scores.

  • Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, funnel drop-off, and vendor performance.

  • Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and run experiments to lift conversion and reduce time-to-sign.

Own the systems and process

  • Serve as the operational owner of the intake tech stack, CRM/case-management, lead management and routing, telephony/dialer, e-signature, and workforce-management tools.

  • Design and document intake workflows, call scripts, screening criteria, disqualification logic, lead routing, and follow-up cadences.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to configure and optimize systems, automate manual steps, and ensure clean data flow from first contact through signed retainer.

  • Build and maintain a QA/call-monitoring program with scorecards, calibration sessions, and coaching feedback loops.

Partner cross-functionally

  • Work closely with Marketing on lead quality, source performance, and speed-to-lead handoffs.

  • Coordinate with Case Management / Legal on clean case handoffs, sign-up packets, and documentation standards.

  • Ensure the operation stays compliant with applicable rules on client solicitation, consent, call recording, and data privacy.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of intake, contact-center, or client-services operations experience, including 3+ years managing large teams (typically 30+ agents directly or through supervisors).

  • Personal injury, mass tort, or legal-services intake experience.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience managing bilingual/LATAM nearshore operations.

  • Direct experience managing nearshore and/or BPO/outsourced teams, including SLA definition, vendor management, scorecards, and capacity/ramp planning.

  • Proven track record managing large remote/distributed teams and hitting service levels across multiple sites and time zones.

  • Working command of the systems that govern an intake operation, CRM / case-management platforms (e.g., Litify, Salesforce, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Lead Docket), dialers/telephony (e.g., Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, Twilio), lead-routing, e-signature, and workforce-management tooling.

  • Fluency with intake/contact-center metrics and the ability to turn data into action.

  • Strong people-leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)

Notice to Candidates:

To ensure fairness and proper consideration, we do not accept resumes or expressions of interest via email or social media messages. If you’re interested in a role, please submit your application directly through our careers page .
