Marketing Growth Marketing Manager at HealthCare.com

Manages growth marketing channels and budgets for a direct-to-consumer health insurance product, optimizing paid search, social, and organic campaigns for profitable enrollments.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Healthcare.com

Healthcare.com is a healthcare technology company building smarter ways to connect people and partners with the coverage, care, and solutions they need.

We’re three businesses, one company. Through Marketplace, Pivot Health, and TrustRx, our work spans health insurance marketplaces, flexible health coverage, and pharmacy, giving us more ways to solve meaningful problems across the healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for better ways to solve problems, use technology, and make an impact.

About The Role

The Growth Marketing Manager is a newly created role responsible for growing Pivot Health’s direct-to-consumer business across every channel that can produce profitable enrollments while assisting with B2B growth. Reporting to the Director of Insurance Marketing, this person owns the growth agenda for the channel: finding where traction exists, proving where it might, and scaling what works.

Day-to-day management of paid search sits with an established agency partner. This role sets the direction that partner works against, and spends the balance of its time making sure our conversion and attribution signal is accurate across paid, organic, email, and phone; testing new channels against a defined bar; and building the partner relationships that open new sources of volume.

This is a role for a growth marketer rather than a channel specialist. You will be measured on enrollments and contribution margin, not on activity, and you will have real latitude to decide where the next dollar and the next experiment go.

What You’ll Do

Channel Growth & Scaling

  • Own the performance of paid search and paid social as channels — setting targets, allocating budget, and holding the agency partner accountable for volume, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend

  • Manage acquisition budgets across channels, continuously reallocating spend toward the highest-performing sources

  • Direct campaign, keyword, audience, creative, and landing page strategy with the agency partner, and own the decisions that follow from what the tests show

  • Partner with Finance and Analytics to forecast spend, model unit economics, and hit blended CAC targets

Measurement & Attribution

  • Own the accuracy of the conversion and revenue signal returned to advertising platforms across paid, organic, email, and phone

  • Coordinate with Data and Engineering to specify, prioritize, and validate tracking work — including offline conversion uploads, click-ID capture, and how conversion value is defined

  • Own call attribution through Invoca end to end, connecting calls to dispositions, enrollments, and economic outcomes, and returning those events to the originating platform

  • Reconcile platform-reported performance against the internal source of record, and resolve the differences rather than reporting around them

  • Translate marketing requirements into scoped engineering tickets and carry them through to verified delivery

Organic & Partner Growth

  • Develop and execute the SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and reduce dependence on paid channels

  • Source, negotiate, and manage affiliate, referral, and content partnerships — owning them from first conversation through to profitable volume

  • Evaluate and onboard new acquisition partners, lead aggregators, and eCommerce sources

  • Develop organic social and content-led channels as potential growth surfaces, working with the Content Marketing Manager on execution

Testing & New Channel Development

  • Run a structured program of channel tests, defining the traction threshold and the measurement approach for each one before it launches

  • Make a clear scale, iterate, or stop recommendation on every test, and document what was learned either way

  • Define acquisition KPIs and build reporting that ties channel spend to enrolled members and lifetime value

  • Set the strategic direction for conversion rate optimization in partnership with the Director of Insurance Marketing, and work with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless hand-off from traffic to conversion

  • Identify and act on new channel opportunities to diversify and de-risk the acquisition mix

Collaboration

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to align acquisition targeting with retention and lifetime-value goals

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Analytics to align acquisition strategy with company priorities

  • Contribute the consumer perspective to Pivot Health’s positioning, messaging, and brand direction

  • Contribute to the Growth & Marketing roadmap and quarterly operating plan

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience spanning multiple acquisition channels, with genuine depth in at least two of them

  • A track record of taking a channel from unproven to producing — you have found traction somewhere that did not have it before, and can explain how you knew it was real

  • Demonstrated success owning acquisition budgets and hitting CPA, ROAS, or CAC targets in a high-volume, direct-to-consumer environment

  • Deeply analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, funnel metrics, and building the business case for spend

  • Comfortable directing agencies and contractors — you have held an outside partner to a number and know the difference between activity and results

  • Experience building partnerships or affiliate relationships, including sourcing and negotiating them, not only managing them once signed

  • Working fluency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) — enough to set strategy and interrogate results, without needing to be the person in the account every day

  • Able to work directly with data and engineering teams on measurement problems — scoping requirements, prioritizing them, and validating that what shipped actually works

  • Self-starter comfortable operating without a fully built infrastructure and building programs from the ground up

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across internal and external stakeholders

Preferred / Strong Plus

  • Experience marketing insurance, financial services, or other regulated/consideration-driven products

  • Familiarity with lead generation, lead aggregators, and eCommerce/DTC acquisition models

  • Experience with affiliate, partnership, or business development motions in a consumer business

  • Hands-on exposure to conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, or call tracking platforms such as Invoca

  • Experience with the U65 / non-ACA insurance market

  • Prior work in a start-up, scale-up, or private equity-backed business

Why Healthcare.com

We’re building a company for people who want to be part of what’s changing, not watching it happen. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful challenges, share new ideas, and make an impact you can see.

The Good Stuff

  • Company funded HSA contributions from $2,000 to $4,000 annually

Marketing Paid Social & Programmatic Analyst at SeatGeek

Manages paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat, optimizing budgets and ROAS through experimentation and performance measurement.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.

Social platforms are a critical component of SeatGeek’s marketing strategy, because we need to meet live event fans where they are. As an Analyst on the Paid Social and Programmatic team, you’ll play an integral role in growing a channel that spends eight figures annually across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat. You’ll bring the inherent excitement and uniqueness of live events to fans in a way that has a direct impact on SeatGeek’s overall user and revenue growth.

You’ll use both sides of your brain. You’ll develop growth marketing strategies alongside designers, data scientists and engineers, then prove the value of those strategies through rigorous, hypothesis-led measurement. This is a channel where we run real incrementality studies rather than taking platform-reported numbers at face value, so you’ll be involved in building for, and measuring, success.

What you’ll do

  • Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat
  • Manage variable budgets to maximize scale while hitting ROAS targets, leaning in when performance beats target and pulling back when it doesn’t
  • Build and optimize per-performer campaigns for artists, teams and tours against a constant onsale calendar
  • Run our dynamic and catalog-driven campaigns, working with product feeds and dynamic creative templates to keep thousands of live events served accurately
  • Design and execute experiments and A/B tests across targeting, creative, copy and landing pages
  • Contribute to incrementality and conversion lift studies with our Analytics team, helping design holdouts, interpret reads, and translate results into how we set budgets
  • Partner with our Creative team on briefs and creative testing, and close the loop with performance results
  • Work with Engineering on the internal tooling that automates campaign creation, helping define requirements and spot where automation is falling short
  • Engage directly with our platform partners at Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snap to push their capabilities toward our priorities rather than theirs

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running performance advertising, with meaningful time on Meta and at least one other major social platform
  • Experience managing variable, performance-led budgets at scale, where spend flexes against a ROAS or efficiency target rather than being fixed upfront
  • An analytical, data-driven background with a proven ability to pull insight and narrative out of large datasets
  • Strong project and time management skills, so you can hold many campaigns and requests at once without dropping them
  • Strong verbal and written communication. You’re at ease explaining a complex strategy to people who don’t live in the ad platforms
  • Comfort with a data toolbox: spreadsheets plus a BI or analytics tool such as Looker or Hex
  • Curiosity about measurement. You’ve asked whether a campaign was actually incremental, not just whether the platform reported a good number
  • Interest in live entertainment and sports. Knowing who’s hot right now is a genuine advantage in this job

Perks

  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely
  • A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave
  • 401(k) matching
  • Student loan matching program
  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care
  • $500 per year for wellness expenses
  • Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical
  • $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events
  • Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music

The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $92,000 USD. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.

SeatGeek is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. As our Partnerships Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth by building and scaling global marketing partnerships—from strategy and partner selection through to activation, performance measurement, and optimization. Reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations within the Marketing organization, you’ll sit at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and GTM, creating joint programs that expand Airalo’s reach and deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong partner marketing instincts with a growth mindset and can lead complex cross-functional work in a remote, global environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute a global partnerships growth marketing strategy aligned to Growth objectives and priority markets.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities (e.g., co-marketing, channel/affiliate, ecosystem/platform, loyalty/travel collaborations).

  • Own partner GTM planning: joint value propositions, campaign concepts, launch plans, distribution plans, and success metrics.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of partner campaigns across channels (owned, paid, partner channels, PR/Comms where relevant) in close collaboration with internal teams.

  • Define KPIs and measurement plans; track and report performance (e.g., incremental revenue, CAC efficiency, conversion, activation, engagement, retention impact depending on partnership type).

  • Build scalable operational processes: partner briefs, campaign timelines, approvals, assets, tracking, post-mortems, and learnings.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships/BD, Product, Brand/Comms, Legal, Finance, and Data to ensure programs launch smoothly and compliantly.

  • Contribute to building the long-term partnerships capability at Airalo, with the opportunity to grow into people leadership as the function scales.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, or partnerships with demonstrated outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience building and managing marketing partnerships that drive measurable growth (not just awareness).

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with execution excellence (you can go from strategy → plan → launch → learn).

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Analytical rigor: comfortable setting KPIs, working with tracking/attribution approaches, and turning data into decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, eSIM, telecom, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription/mobile apps.

  • Experience with affiliate networks / partner tools or structured partner programs.

  • Comfort with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, landing page/offer testing, channel tests) and attribution basics.

  • Experience running integrated campaigns (paid + owned + earned) with partners.

  • Prior people leadership experience or readiness to grow into people management.

Marketing Product Marketing Manager II at Sprout Social

Owns quarterly product launch programs and go-to-market strategy, creating positioning and messaging while coordinating cross-functional execution.

Mid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager II. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, and sits at the intersection of product, marketing and go-to-market strategy, alongside high-impact execution.

Why join Sprout’s Marketing team?

At Sprout Social, we don’t just market products—we set the pace for how breakthrough brands connect with the world. As the social intelligence platform powering the future of customer connection, our Marketing team is the driving force behind turning that vision into reality. We lead with clarity and act with speed to drive market leadership, generate demand, and accelerate customer expansion, all in close partnership with core cross-functional stakeholders.

Here, you’ll have the freedom to test bold ideas, learn fast, and shape the future of the global brands we empower. We measure success by the business results we create and a shared commitment to excellence in our craft. If you’re ready to own your impact, accelerate your career, and build the definitive system for business, this is where you belong.

What you’ll do

  • Be the voice of the product: Act as the end-to-end owner of our quarterly launch program and release engine, optimizing the workflows, processes, and high-impact resources to scale awareness and ensure our teams are equipped with value-forward stories across the portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functionally: Partner closely with key cross-functional partners including Marketing, Revenue, and R&D to deliver seamless events and collateral that showcase the power of Sprout’s AI-driven platform.
  • Shape product strategy: Serve as the dedicated product marketer for a select group of products at the core of Sprout’s platform, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support and giving these products a real champion in the market.

What you’ll bring

  • Strategic Storytelling: You also have a keen eye for positioning and building a story across many different inputs. You can translate technical updates into a value-forward narrative that resonates with our audience.
  • The “Execution” Mindset: While you appreciate strong storytelling, you also love the project management side of marketing—hitting hard deadlines while juggling tasks, stakeholders, and approvals while keeping a wide set of people on track without dropping a thread.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: You use qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure the success of launches and iterate on future strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You are a reliable partner who leads with empathy and clarity, even when managing tight schedules and complex dependencies.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You’re ready to help shape the role and redefine what good looks like as business needs evolve.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, or relevant B2B SaaS functions.
  • Demonstrated success in project managing and driving end-to-end GTM campaigns self-sufficiently
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex concepts into clear updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced in navigating cross-functional approval processes across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet key deadlines.
  • Operational mindset with a solid understanding of GTM frameworks, messaging, and sales enablement execution.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience working in the software/SaaS industry
  • Experience in a dedicated Product Marketing role.
  • Experience in presentation creation and a high level of comfort using Canva to build or iterate on marketing collateral.

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Attending Sprout Social onboarding to learn our products, brand positioning, voice, and key messages.
  • Meeting with key stakeholders across Product, Revenue, and Brand Creative to understand current working relationships and release rituals.
  • Getting oriented on both halves of the role—our upcoming release milestones and the specific products you’ll own, including introductions to their product and sales counterparts.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Getting your hands onto our quarterly launch program, helping guide the execution of our next Breaking Ground event.
  • Familiarizing yourself with Sprout’s product strategy, development lifecycle, and current release/launch processes.
  • Beginning to take on positioning and messaging support for your assigned products.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Taking full ownership of “Breaking Ground,” establishing a repeatable, high-impact framework—and the KPIs to track it—that optimizes our launch reach and narrative depth.
  • Run cross-PMM initiatives to ensure teams have consistent, value-forward collateral that’s always up to date.
  • Independently driving product marketing—positioning, messaging, and GTM support—for your assigned products.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Reimagining our launch engine and taking our GTM programs to new levels of creativity and efficiency.
  • Surprising us! Use your unique ideas for AI-driven workflows or process improvements to change how our team works in ways we haven’t considered yet.

Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.

Our Benefits Program

We’re proud to regularly be recognized for our team, product, and culture. We invest in our team with a comprehensive, competitive benefits program:
