Directs creative strategy and execution for paid social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Director leads integrated marketing strategy across paid, brand, content, PR, social, email, and cross-sell initiatives for a fintech company.
WHO IS RATEHUB?
We’re a company on a mission. We are a unique Canadian Fintech that is the one-stop shop for all financial needs of the consumer: Save, Spend, Borrow, Invest, and Protect. Every single team member — from Product & Engineering to Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and everything in between — is obsessed with one thing: helping Canadians make better financial choices. And we’re pretty great at it, too. Via our digital application technology and our award-winning in-house brokerages, we help over 2M Canadians per month make a positive impact on their finances. We have many unique businesses: a mortgage brokerage, a life insurance brokerage, a home and auto insurance brokerage, a mortgage originations and servicing business, a Financial Services Marketplace, and a content business across Ratehub and MoneySense. 365 days a year, we deliver our users the best online mortgage experience, personalized credit card and loan options, and cheaper auto and home insurance policies than they typically get from their existing financial adviser.
Changing how people make financial choices isn’t easy, though. We know that achieving our mission is full of challenges — challenges that can be complex and often unexpected but that are always interesting, rewarding, and fun to solve as a team. This is where you come in. We are on the hunt for the right candidate to join us and help lead us forward to continued growth.
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and commercially minded Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function for a 12-month contract.
This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for Ratehub’s marketing function, spanning paid marketing, brand, content, PR, social, email, and cross-sell. You’ll set the strategy, priorities, and investment approach across these areas, while leading a multidisciplinary team and partnering closely with senior leadership and business unit leaders across Mortgages, Insurance, and Everyday Banking, as well as Product, Partnerships, Analytics, and Development.
The Director of Marketing will be accountable for building and executing an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens the Ratehub brand, drives qualified leads, supports profitable customer acquisition, increases customer lifetime value, and contributes directly to business growth.
This is a leadership role, but not a hands-off one. You’ll set the vision and strategic direction, establish priorities, allocate resources, develop the team, and hold the marketing organization accountable for results. At the same time, you’ll stay close to the work, directly manage and coach your team, and step in when needed to solve problems, make decisions, unblock progress, or drive high-priority initiatives forward. You’ll lead through your team and cross-functional partners, while being willing to roll up your sleeves when the business requires it.
In this role, success means:
CULTURE FIT:
Members first - we prioritise the interests and needs of our members above all else.We solve member pain points and focus on member satisfaction. We start with members, and end with the P&L.
Growth mindset  - we set ambitious goals and challenge the status quo. We take responsible risks and are accountable for our actions.
Better together - we are One team with One common goal. We make our footprint bigger than our foot, leave our egos at the door, support each other to achieve great results as One company.
Run after problems - we tackle problems head on and focus on finding solutions. Obstacles are seen as opportunities for growth and innovation. We have the hard conversations and choose the harder right over the easier wrong. And we do it with a smile.
Measure Learn Iterate Innovate - we focus on getting things done. We measure what matters, iterate, learn, iterate many times in a data-driven way, which is how we will innovate.
JOB PERKS:
Competitive Compensation: A salary that reflects your experience and the Canadian market.
Remote-First Environment: The flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada, with occasional in-person team gatherings for collaboration.
Flexible Hours: Autonomy to manage your schedule to support work-life balance.
Professional Development: An individual training allowance to help you grow your skills and career.
Team Socials: Regular events, both remote and in-person, to build connections across the organization.
The estimated salary range for this position is $165,000 – $185,000.
This job posting is for a currently open vacancy.

Manages growth marketing channels and budgets for a direct-to-consumer health insurance product, optimizing paid search, social, and organic campaigns for profitable enrollments.
Healthcare.com is a healthcare technology company building smarter ways to connect people and partners with the coverage, care, and solutions they need.
We’re three businesses, one company. Through Marketplace, Pivot Health, and TrustRx, our work spans health insurance marketplaces, flexible health coverage, and pharmacy, giving us more ways to solve meaningful problems across the healthcare ecosystem.
Healthcare doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for better ways to solve problems, use technology, and make an impact.
The Growth Marketing Manager is a newly created role responsible for growing Pivot Health’s direct-to-consumer business across every channel that can produce profitable enrollments while assisting with B2B growth. Reporting to the Director of Insurance Marketing, this person owns the growth agenda for the channel: finding where traction exists, proving where it might, and scaling what works.
Day-to-day management of paid search sits with an established agency partner. This role sets the direction that partner works against, and spends the balance of its time making sure our conversion and attribution signal is accurate across paid, organic, email, and phone; testing new channels against a defined bar; and building the partner relationships that open new sources of volume.
This is a role for a growth marketer rather than a channel specialist. You will be measured on enrollments and contribution margin, not on activity, and you will have real latitude to decide where the next dollar and the next experiment go.
Channel Growth & Scaling
Own the performance of paid search and paid social as channels — setting targets, allocating budget, and holding the agency partner accountable for volume, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend
Manage acquisition budgets across channels, continuously reallocating spend toward the highest-performing sources
Direct campaign, keyword, audience, creative, and landing page strategy with the agency partner, and own the decisions that follow from what the tests show
Partner with Finance and Analytics to forecast spend, model unit economics, and hit blended CAC targets
Measurement & Attribution
Own the accuracy of the conversion and revenue signal returned to advertising platforms across paid, organic, email, and phone
Coordinate with Data and Engineering to specify, prioritize, and validate tracking work — including offline conversion uploads, click-ID capture, and how conversion value is defined
Own call attribution through Invoca end to end, connecting calls to dispositions, enrollments, and economic outcomes, and returning those events to the originating platform
Reconcile platform-reported performance against the internal source of record, and resolve the differences rather than reporting around them
Translate marketing requirements into scoped engineering tickets and carry them through to verified delivery
Organic & Partner Growth
Develop and execute the SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and reduce dependence on paid channels
Source, negotiate, and manage affiliate, referral, and content partnerships — owning them from first conversation through to profitable volume
Evaluate and onboard new acquisition partners, lead aggregators, and eCommerce sources
Develop organic social and content-led channels as potential growth surfaces, working with the Content Marketing Manager on execution
Testing & New Channel Development
Run a structured program of channel tests, defining the traction threshold and the measurement approach for each one before it launches
Make a clear scale, iterate, or stop recommendation on every test, and document what was learned either way
Define acquisition KPIs and build reporting that ties channel spend to enrolled members and lifetime value
Set the strategic direction for conversion rate optimization in partnership with the Director of Insurance Marketing, and work with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless hand-off from traffic to conversion
Identify and act on new channel opportunities to diversify and de-risk the acquisition mix
Collaboration
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to align acquisition targeting with retention and lifetime-value goals
Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Analytics to align acquisition strategy with company priorities
Contribute the consumer perspective to Pivot Health’s positioning, messaging, and brand direction
Contribute to the Growth & Marketing roadmap and quarterly operating plan
5+ years of growth marketing experience spanning multiple acquisition channels, with genuine depth in at least two of them
A track record of taking a channel from unproven to producing — you have found traction somewhere that did not have it before, and can explain how you knew it was real
Demonstrated success owning acquisition budgets and hitting CPA, ROAS, or CAC targets in a high-volume, direct-to-consumer environment
Deeply analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, funnel metrics, and building the business case for spend
Comfortable directing agencies and contractors — you have held an outside partner to a number and know the difference between activity and results
Experience building partnerships or affiliate relationships, including sourcing and negotiating them, not only managing them once signed
Working fluency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) — enough to set strategy and interrogate results, without needing to be the person in the account every day
Able to work directly with data and engineering teams on measurement problems — scoping requirements, prioritizing them, and validating that what shipped actually works
Self-starter comfortable operating without a fully built infrastructure and building programs from the ground up
Excellent communicator and collaborator across internal and external stakeholders
Experience marketing insurance, financial services, or other regulated/consideration-driven products
Familiarity with lead generation, lead aggregators, and eCommerce/DTC acquisition models
Experience with affiliate, partnership, or business development motions in a consumer business
Hands-on exposure to conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, or call tracking platforms such as Invoca
Experience with the U65 / non-ACA insurance market
Prior work in a start-up, scale-up, or private equity-backed business
We’re building a company for people who want to be part of what’s changing, not watching it happen. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful challenges, share new ideas, and make an impact you can see.
Bring your ideas. Bring your experience. Bring what makes you different.
We’ll give you the opportunity to make it matter.

Creates and maintains sales collateral, presentations, and technical messaging that guides AI products through customer evaluations and government decision-making processes.
“In 36 months, agentic AI systems will be an operating reality across major institutions. We intend to be central to it.” — Dr. Jim Rebesco, Cofounder and CEO, Striveworks
The government’s demand for AI is growing far faster than the systems required to support it. Fewer than 15% of federal AI programs have reached sustained production, despite billions of dollars invested. The models perform in testing, but they degrade in the real world. And when performance drops, trust goes with it.
Striveworks was built to solve that problem.
Since 2018, we have delivered the most trusted AI systems operating in real-world use cases—providing a layer of assurance underneath hundreds of deployed models that monitors performance, manages drift, and sustains systems long after they leave the lab.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the collateral that carries our products into every sales conversation, evaluation, and briefing across our AI operations (AIOps) platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions. You will work closely with our product managers, data scientists, and sales team to turn technical substance into collateral that is accurate, compelling, and appropriate for audiences ranging from technical evaluators to senior government decision-makers.
Your day-to-day will include:
We lead with trust, treat each other with respect, and use candor consistently, kindly, and constructively. We care deeply about our work, and we find genuine satisfaction in doing it well. Above all, we take ownership—because we feel the weight of collective results personally. We are looking for people who share these values and are eager to put them into practice.
The following isn’t required, but we’d love to see it:
This position offers a fully remote work environment, or you can work hybrid/on site at our office in Austin, TX. You will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $145,000–$195,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and cash bonuses.
