What this role involves

Job Description

Base44 is building a new way for people to create software, and we believe creators will be one of the biggest forces shaping how the world discovers what we’re building.

We’re looking for someone who is deeply plugged into the creator ecosystem. Someone who understands internet culture, knows the right creators before everyone else does, has strong instincts for what resonates, and naturally knows how to connect products with the voices people genuinely trust.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.

We’re not looking for someone to manage a few partnerships or run predictable campaigns. We want to build a creator engine around Base44, and we need someone who knows how to bring together the right people, build authentic relationships at scale, and turn creator partnerships into one of our strongest growth channels.

You should genuinely be part of this world. You know what is trending, who people pay attention to, what feels authentic, and how to identify creators that can make technical products feel exciting and accessible.

At the same time, you know how to build structure around it, creating a program that scales, learning fast from what works, and building something much bigger than one-off campaigns.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, helping define how creators become one of our main growth channels and how the world discovers what we’re building.
  • Identify and build relationships with creators who genuinely align with Base44’s product, audience, and brand, including creators that may not be obvious fits at first glance.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the creator landscape to spot emerging voices, cultural trends, and communities that can help shape how Base44 shows up online.
  • Build authentic partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, creating a strong network around the product.
  • Work closely with creators to help shape content that feels authentic to their audience while maximizing reach, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Bring a strong understanding of internet culture and creator dynamics to identify the creators, content formats, and narratives that can make a technical product resonate with the right audience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to connect creator activity with product launches, new features, and strategic company moments.
  • Build and continuously refine a scalable creator program that allows Base44 to grow creator partnerships in a repeatable and sustainable way.
  • Measure what works, learn quickly, and continuously improve how creator partnerships translate into awareness, engagement, and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • Hands on experience working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup
  • Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and what “scale” actually looks like
  • Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously - not just a handful of big names
  • Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships without a lot of hand-holding
  • Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product’s ideal user, even when the fit isn’t immediately obvious
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs that don’t have a full playbook yet
  • Excellent communication skills - you can write a great creator brief and a tight performance summary equally well
  • Bonus: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company where you had to make technical or complex products feel accessible and exciting

Additional Information

Base44 is a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how products and apps get built. Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom applications using natural language - no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix: fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.

Our product is game-changing, our ambitions are bold, and with your help, the world is about to hear a lot more about us.

The approximate base compensation is $150,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.

The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications.

Marketing Director of Marketing - 12 Month Contract at Ratehub.ca

Director leads integrated marketing strategy across paid, brand, content, PR, social, email, and cross-sell initiatives for a fintech company.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Ratehub & the Role

WHO IS RATEHUB?

We’re a company on a mission. We are a unique Canadian Fintech that is the one-stop shop for all financial needs of the consumer: Save, Spend, Borrow, Invest, and Protect. Every single team member — from Product & Engineering to Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and everything in between — is obsessed with one thing: helping Canadians make better financial choices. And we’re pretty great at it, too. Via our digital application technology and our award-winning in-house brokerages, we help over 2M Canadians per month make a positive impact on their finances. We have many unique businesses: a mortgage brokerage, a life insurance brokerage, a home and auto insurance brokerage, a mortgage originations and servicing business, a Financial Services Marketplace, and a content business across Ratehub and MoneySense. 365 days a year, we deliver our users the best online mortgage experience, personalized credit card and loan options, and cheaper auto and home insurance policies than they typically get from their existing financial adviser.

Changing how people make financial choices isn’t easy, though. We know that achieving our mission is full of challenges — challenges that can be complex and often unexpected but that are always interesting, rewarding, and fun to solve as a team. This is where you come in. We are on the hunt for the right candidate to join us and help lead us forward to continued growth.

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and commercially minded Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function for a 12-month contract.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for Ratehub’s marketing function, spanning paid marketing, brand, content, PR, social, email, and cross-sell. You’ll set the strategy, priorities, and investment approach across these areas, while leading a multidisciplinary team and partnering closely with senior leadership and business unit leaders across Mortgages, Insurance, and Everyday Banking, as well as Product, Partnerships, Analytics, and Development.

The Director of Marketing will be accountable for building and executing an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens the Ratehub brand, drives qualified leads, supports profitable customer acquisition, increases customer lifetime value, and contributes directly to business growth.

This is a leadership role, but not a hands-off one. You’ll set the vision and strategic direction, establish priorities, allocate resources, develop the team, and hold the marketing organization accountable for results. At the same time, you’ll stay close to the work, directly manage and coach your team, and step in when needed to solve problems, make decisions, unblock progress, or drive high-priority initiatives forward. You’ll lead through your team and cross-functional partners, while being willing to roll up your sleeves when the business requires it.

Your Overall Accountabilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Growth: Own Ratehub’s integrated marketing strategy and translate company and business unit targets and priorities into measurable growth.
  • Lead Generation & Revenue: Own marketing’s contribution to qualified lead generation across Mortgages, Insurance, and Everyday Banking, with clear targets for volume, quality, conversion, and commercial impact.
  • Paid Marketing & Profitability: Own the strategic direction and commercial performance of Paid Marketing, with accountability for delivering qualified leads at a target ROAS that supports profitable growth.
  • Content, Social & GEO: Lead an innovative content and social strategy that strengthens Ratehub’s authority and keeps the brand ahead of the rapidly evolving search and discovery landscape, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search.
  • Brand & PR: Build Ratehub’s brand, reputation, and authority as a trusted source of financial information, leading PR, communications, thought leadership, and brand initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement & Cross-sell: Lead the strategy for Email/CRM, customer engagement, and cross-sell, including initiatives that support Ratehub’s membership mandate and connect customers with relevant products throughout their journeys.
  • Partnerships & Distribution: Support business unit leaders in developing BU-specific affiliate and strategic partnerships, while directly owning firmwide partnerships and mortgage affiliate partnerships.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Own the overall marketing budget and allocate investment across paid media, content, agencies, freelancers, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives based on business impact and strategic priorities.
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team; set clear expectations, foster accountability, and ensure the organization is focused on its highest-impact opportunities.

What That Looks Like

Lead Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute Ratehub’s overall marketing strategy across brand, acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Translate company and business unit objectives into clear marketing priorities, strategies, and measurable goals.
  • Develop an integrated roadmap across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand growth priorities, target audiences, and lead requirements, and translate these into effective marketing strategies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for lead volume, quality, conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to grow qualified traffic, leads, customers, and revenue across Ratehub’s core verticals.
  • Foster a culture of testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Balance short-term performance with longer-term brand building and customer growth.
  • Stay ahead of consumer, market, competitive, and industry trends, and translate them into actionable opportunities.
  • Communicate marketing performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership.

Brand & Communications

  • Own Ratehub’s brand strategy, positioning, voice, and marketing narrative across channels and sub-brands.
  • Set the PR and communications strategy, including proactive media relations, reactive commentary, thought leadership, and corporate storytelling.
  • Build Ratehub’s profile and credibility as a trusted authority in Canadian personal finance and a one-stop shop for financial needs.
  • Oversee major brand campaigns, launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand-building activity supports broader business and lead-generation objectives.
  • Leverage Ratehub’s data, insights, and expertise to generate compelling stories and media coverage.

Lead Content Marketing, Innovation & GEO

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Content Marketing team, ensuring content supports both brand authority and business growth.
  • Establish a forward-looking content strategy that positions Ratehub at the forefront of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and emerging AI-powered search and discovery.
  • Ensure Ratehub’s content is optimized not only to rank in traditional search, but to be discovered, surfaced, and cited by generative AI platforms and answer engines.
  • Encourage experimentation with new content formats, data, tools, expert-led content, and other approaches that strengthen Ratehub’s authority and visibility.
  • Ensure the team leverages Ratehub’s proprietary expertise, data, and subject-matter experts to create original, authoritative, and genuinely useful content.
  • Establish clear measurement frameworks for content performance, including organic visibility, AI visibility, qualified traffic, lead generation, and contribution to business growth.
  • Build strong collaboration between Content and the broader marketing organization so content supports PR, brand, social, email, partnerships, and paid acquisition.

Email, CRM & Cross-sell

  • Own the strategy for Email/CRM as a key channel for customer engagement, conversion, retention, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies that move prospects and customers through the funnel and increase engagement over time.
  • Lead cross-sell strategies that connect customers with relevant products across Mortgages, Insurance, Everyday Banking, and other Ratehub offerings.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve customer experience, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify opportunities to generate incremental leads and revenue by connecting audiences across Ratehub’s business units.
  • Partner with Product and business unit leaders to embed cross-sell opportunities throughout key customer journeys, both online and offline.
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting for CRM, cross-sell, lead generation, and retention initiatives.

Paid & Performance Marketing

  • Set the strategy for paid acquisition across search, social, display, retargeting, and other performance channels.
  • Own performance marketing against lead-generation targets across Ratehub’s three main business units, ensuring media investment delivers qualified leads at sustainable acquisition costs.
  • Hold the function accountable to a target ROAS and optimize investment based on lead quality, conversion, revenue, and channel economics.
  • Evaluate attribution, customer acquisition costs, and lead quality to inform investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to diversify acquisition and test new channels, platforms, and approaches.
  • Ensure paid marketing works cohesively with content, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure strong execution and performance.

Affiliate & Strategic Partnerships

  • Own the strategy for affiliate marketing and strategic distribution partnerships.
  • Support business unit leaders in identifying and developing BU-specific affiliate and strategic partnerships.
  • Directly identify and develop firmwide partnerships and mortgage affiliate partnerships that expand Ratehub’s reach and generate qualified leads and revenue.
  • Develop mutually beneficial campaigns, integrations, and distribution opportunities across Ratehub’s business units.
  • Evaluate partnership performance based on lead volume, lead quality, conversion, and revenue.
  • Allocate resources toward the highest-impact partnership opportunities.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and accountability across marketing functions.
  • Build a high-performance culture where teams are empowered to execute and accountable for business outcomes.
  • Ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact initiatives and has the capabilities and resources needed to succeed.
  • Step into complex, high-priority initiatives when needed to solve problems, unblock teams, and drive execution.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and effectively influence cross-functional teams.
  • Manage external agencies, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience leading multiple marketing functions.
  • Previous experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in a high-growth, digital-first, technology, financial services, or consumer business.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience owning lead-generation targets and delivering qualified leads across multiple products, audiences, or business lines.
  • Strong understanding of the full customer journey, from awareness and acquisition through conversion, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Experience directly managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, media, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to make decisions and focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Highly collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, emerging platforms, and changing consumer behaviour.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, marketplaces, comparison businesses, or other highly regulated industries is an asset.

In this role, success means:

  • A clear, integrated marketing strategy tied directly to Ratehub’s company and business-unit growth objectives.

Marketing Growth Marketing Manager at HealthCare.com

Manages growth marketing channels and budgets for a direct-to-consumer health insurance product, optimizing paid search, social, and organic campaigns for profitable enrollments.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Healthcare.com

Healthcare.com is a healthcare technology company building smarter ways to connect people and partners with the coverage, care, and solutions they need.

We’re three businesses, one company. Through Marketplace, Pivot Health, and TrustRx, our work spans health insurance marketplaces, flexible health coverage, and pharmacy, giving us more ways to solve meaningful problems across the healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for better ways to solve problems, use technology, and make an impact.

About The Role

The Growth Marketing Manager is a newly created role responsible for growing Pivot Health’s direct-to-consumer business across every channel that can produce profitable enrollments while assisting with B2B growth. Reporting to the Director of Insurance Marketing, this person owns the growth agenda for the channel: finding where traction exists, proving where it might, and scaling what works.

Day-to-day management of paid search sits with an established agency partner. This role sets the direction that partner works against, and spends the balance of its time making sure our conversion and attribution signal is accurate across paid, organic, email, and phone; testing new channels against a defined bar; and building the partner relationships that open new sources of volume.

This is a role for a growth marketer rather than a channel specialist. You will be measured on enrollments and contribution margin, not on activity, and you will have real latitude to decide where the next dollar and the next experiment go.

What You’ll Do

Channel Growth & Scaling

  • Own the performance of paid search and paid social as channels — setting targets, allocating budget, and holding the agency partner accountable for volume, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend

  • Manage acquisition budgets across channels, continuously reallocating spend toward the highest-performing sources

  • Direct campaign, keyword, audience, creative, and landing page strategy with the agency partner, and own the decisions that follow from what the tests show

  • Partner with Finance and Analytics to forecast spend, model unit economics, and hit blended CAC targets

Measurement & Attribution

  • Own the accuracy of the conversion and revenue signal returned to advertising platforms across paid, organic, email, and phone

  • Coordinate with Data and Engineering to specify, prioritize, and validate tracking work — including offline conversion uploads, click-ID capture, and how conversion value is defined

  • Own call attribution through Invoca end to end, connecting calls to dispositions, enrollments, and economic outcomes, and returning those events to the originating platform

  • Reconcile platform-reported performance against the internal source of record, and resolve the differences rather than reporting around them

  • Translate marketing requirements into scoped engineering tickets and carry them through to verified delivery

Organic & Partner Growth

  • Develop and execute the SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and reduce dependence on paid channels

  • Source, negotiate, and manage affiliate, referral, and content partnerships — owning them from first conversation through to profitable volume

  • Evaluate and onboard new acquisition partners, lead aggregators, and eCommerce sources

  • Develop organic social and content-led channels as potential growth surfaces, working with the Content Marketing Manager on execution

Testing & New Channel Development

  • Run a structured program of channel tests, defining the traction threshold and the measurement approach for each one before it launches

  • Make a clear scale, iterate, or stop recommendation on every test, and document what was learned either way

  • Define acquisition KPIs and build reporting that ties channel spend to enrolled members and lifetime value

  • Set the strategic direction for conversion rate optimization in partnership with the Director of Insurance Marketing, and work with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless hand-off from traffic to conversion

  • Identify and act on new channel opportunities to diversify and de-risk the acquisition mix

Collaboration

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to align acquisition targeting with retention and lifetime-value goals

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Analytics to align acquisition strategy with company priorities

  • Contribute the consumer perspective to Pivot Health’s positioning, messaging, and brand direction

  • Contribute to the Growth & Marketing roadmap and quarterly operating plan

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience spanning multiple acquisition channels, with genuine depth in at least two of them

  • A track record of taking a channel from unproven to producing — you have found traction somewhere that did not have it before, and can explain how you knew it was real

  • Demonstrated success owning acquisition budgets and hitting CPA, ROAS, or CAC targets in a high-volume, direct-to-consumer environment

  • Deeply analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, funnel metrics, and building the business case for spend

  • Comfortable directing agencies and contractors — you have held an outside partner to a number and know the difference between activity and results

  • Experience building partnerships or affiliate relationships, including sourcing and negotiating them, not only managing them once signed

  • Working fluency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) — enough to set strategy and interrogate results, without needing to be the person in the account every day

  • Able to work directly with data and engineering teams on measurement problems — scoping requirements, prioritizing them, and validating that what shipped actually works

  • Self-starter comfortable operating without a fully built infrastructure and building programs from the ground up

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across internal and external stakeholders

Preferred / Strong Plus

  • Experience marketing insurance, financial services, or other regulated/consideration-driven products

  • Familiarity with lead generation, lead aggregators, and eCommerce/DTC acquisition models

  • Experience with affiliate, partnership, or business development motions in a consumer business

  • Hands-on exposure to conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, or call tracking platforms such as Invoca

  • Experience with the U65 / non-ACA insurance market

  • Prior work in a start-up, scale-up, or private equity-backed business

Marketing Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Striveworks

Creates and maintains sales collateral, presentations, and technical messaging that guides AI products through customer evaluations and government decision-making processes.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

“In 36 months, agentic AI systems will be an operating reality across major institutions. We intend to be central to it.” — Dr. Jim Rebesco, Cofounder and CEO, Striveworks

The government’s demand for AI is growing far faster than the systems required to support it. Fewer than 15% of federal AI programs have reached sustained production, despite billions of dollars invested. The models perform in testing, but they degrade in the real world. And when performance drops, trust goes with it.

Striveworks was built to solve that problem.

What you’ll build

Since 2018, we have delivered the most trusted AI systems operating in real-world use cases—providing a layer of assurance underneath hundreds of deployed models that monitors performance, manages drift, and sustains systems long after they leave the lab.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the collateral that carries our products into every sales conversation, evaluation, and briefing across our AI operations (AIOps) platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions. You will work closely with our product managers, data scientists, and sales team to turn technical substance into collateral that is accurate, compelling, and appropriate for audiences ranging from technical evaluators to senior government decision-makers.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning the collateral library: Maintain a complete, current, and organized library of sales and technical collateral across all products. Identify gaps and drive them to closure.
  • Turning technical input into finished collateral: Work with the PM for each product area to gather technical facts and rough outlines. Independently produce refined presentations and accompanying graphics/diagrams, proactively asking the right questions to fill gaps rather than waiting to be fully briefed.
  • Keeping messaging aligned: Partner closely with the Communications department to ensure that product messaging and collateral align with Striveworks’ broader narratives, voice, and audience dynamics. Support Communications as needed by adapting and developing product content and collateral for different audiences and uses.
  • Supporting event and conference operations: Assist in orchestrating our presence at industry and government conferences, including attendance planning, registration, and booth setup/breakdown, ensuring collateral and messaging are current and conference-ready.
  • Growing into technical content: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and technical teams to produce broader technical content, starting with blog posts.
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to keep collateral and messaging current.

What it’s like here

We lead with trust, treat each other with respect, and use candor consistently, kindly, and constructively. We care deeply about our work, and we find genuine satisfaction in doing it well. Above all, we take ownership—because we feel the weight of collective results personally. We are looking for people who share these values and are eager to put them into practice.

What we’re looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical, communications, or related field
  • 6+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing experience, preferably for enterprise, government, or technical B2B products
  • The ability to understand AI/machine learning, AIOps, and agentic/orchestration concepts well enough to ask sharp questions of product managers and data scientists and represent our products credibly
  • A strong portfolio of written and visual collateral: decks, one-pagers, briefs, or similar assets
  • A proven ability to turn rough, incomplete technical input into polished, decision-ready output with minimal back-and-forth
  • Experience partnering closely with product and technical teams to source accurate content
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical senior audiences
  • Strong organizational skills—able to own and maintain a growing collateral library without things going stale
  • A self-starter mindset: comfortable identifying gaps and driving them to closure without heavy direction
  • Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)

The following isn’t required, but we’d love to see it:

  • Experience marketing to public-sector, defense, or other mission-driven government buyers
  • Prior experience as a product manager, data scientist, ML engineer, or solutions architect
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to build polished graphics and diagrams
  • Experience producing technical content such as blog posts, case studies, or tutorials

This position offers a fully remote work environment, or you can work hybrid/on site at our office in Austin, TX. You will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $145,000–$195,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and cash bonuses.

Benefits include:

  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • Voluntary life, long-term disability, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance
  • HSA and FSA (including dependent care FSA) plans
  • 401(k) plan
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
