Nurse Practitioner provides virtual women's midlife health care, managing perimenopause, menopause, HRT, weight management, and related conditions for a full patient panel.
Nurse Practitioner
Integrated Womenâs Care (IWC) Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location
Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager
Work Location: Remote â must live in the state of Oklahoma; work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00âŻam â 7:00âŻpm, patient local timezone
You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and youâve spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. Now you want to do it at scale â for more patients, with fewer barriers, and in a practice model that matches how you already think and work.
Thatâs what Midi is. A fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built specifically around womenâs midlife health â and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best.
THE ROLE
Youâll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep â all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you â visit after visit, over months and years. Youâll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.
Itâs a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job â and the NPs who thrive here donât fight that reality, theyâre built for it. If youâre the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, youâll feel at home here.
