PointClickCare is looking for a Content Strategist to own and execute the strategy for our owned brand content channels, including our blog, podcast, web content, long and short form content, and agency partnership brand programs. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and is accountable for the owned brand content strategy end to end: from planning through production and performance.
This is a hands-on, executional role backed by strong strategic instincts. The ideal candidate can build a content strategy and then roll up their sleeves to deliver it. They will embed with marketing pods across the organization, translating product marketing and go-to-market strategy into brand strategy that fuels our top of funnel thought leadership engine.
This role works across multiple marketing pods and subject matter areas, requiring the ability to prioritize across a broad range of opportunities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and identify the content that will have the greatest impact on brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement.

Execute at a High Standard: Move seamlessly from strategy to production. Plan editorial calendars, write and edit content, manage production workflows, and ship consistently against deadlines.
Translate GTM into Brand: Partner with all marketing pods to translate PMM and GTM strategy into brand content strategy, ensuring owned content supports top of funnel thought leadership objectives and business priorities.
Lead Owned Media Thought Leadership: Develop and execute thought leadership content for PointClickCare executives and subject matter experts across owned media channels, translating their expertise into compelling, differentiated content for the blog, podcast, and other owned formats where needed.
Drive Content Distribution: Develop channel and distribution strategies that extend the reach and impact of owned content, partnering with demand, social, web, and other teams to ensure content reaches priority audiences.
Manage Agency Partnership Brand Programs: Serve as the day-to-day executional lead on brand-related agency programs, managing deliverables and deadlines.
Cross-Pod Collaboration: Interface with product marketing, demand generation, and growth to align content with campaign priorities and audience needs, acting as the connective tissue between brand and the pods.
Measure and Optimize: Track content performance across owned channels, report on key metrics, and use insights to refine the strategy and editorial mix.
Content Frameworks and Best Practices: Establish guidelines for brand storytelling, content positioning, and channel strategy that raise the bar for content across the organization.
Own SUMMIT Content Strategy and Support Event Deliverables: Lead the owned content strategy for PointClickCare’s annual SUMMIT conference, developing the editorial approach and content plan across pre-event, onsite, and post-event channels, including podcast, blog, and paid media content. Support the development and review of attendee-facing deliverables, including registration and SUMMIT website copy, session titles and descriptions, presentation editing, booth messaging, wayfinding, hype videos, and other event content to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience.
Support Employer Brand Content Strategy: Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, HR, and other key stakeholders to support the employer brand content strategy.
